Riner Animal Clinic Reviews
We had our first appointment this week, and I was so pleased with the experience. I've been to other local veterinarian offices (won't say any names) and have left feeling patronized. The vet at Riner was so kind and easy to talk to. She took good care of my fur baby and let me know what services he will probably need in the future but didn't pressure me to do anything that day. I really appreciate being spoken to like someone who loves their pet because I really do!

Jun 24, 2025 · Raymond BUTTERWORTHWe took our 2 girls here (cats.) We were late, but they still got us in & took such good care of our girls. We’ve been to other vets before, but I feel like they did the best job on educating us on our worries or any concerns we had for our girls. Even though we were pretty late, they were able to do both wellness checkups, vaccines & microchip them. All of the staff & vets were very kind & gentle. My girls and any animals I ever get will be brought here for their care. They were also very inexpensive too. It was maybe around $300-400 for both cats to get all of the stuff listed prior done. Thank you, Riner Animal Clinic!!
May 15, 2025 · Christina WadeVery good location. I really like the vet that I saw. My cat got an exam, antibiotic shot, hydration drip, and creamy treats.Bill was $130.00. I can't believe the prices at veterinarians nowadays but I'm sure their prices are reasonable.
May 12, 2025 · Melissa Lisa Lucas Gardner, J.D.If I could give 0 stars I would. This place may be great considering all the positive reviews but my experience this morning is the opposite. Me and 2 of my friends were on the way to work this morning and saw a wounded kitten in the middle of the road less than a mile a way from this place. It was early and the clinic wasn’t opening for another 20 minutes or so. We’re only up here for work and live 5 hours away. We don’t know this area and we’re scrambling as to what we needed to do or who to call. Like i said it’s early in the AM and nothing was exactly open yet. We bring the kitten to the door just next to the employee entrance of the building hoping whoever would be able to at least get the kitten to the correct place for help if by chance we weren’t at the right place. So evidently for us, we soon found out it wasn’t. This older heavy set woman with short white hair came out and immediately started being rude and unprofessional to us. Her first words were “NO! Get it out of here! There isn’t a doctor here and we aren’t taking it!” Im looking at her like she’s crazy because how could you wake up in the morning and actually choose to be that way? How could you choose to be that rude and unprofessional to us before we even said anything at all? She didn’t even recommend us a place! Just looked at us like we were breaking the law or something! There is no excuse for her behavior and I would love to see her get fired from her job whoever she is. The rudeness and lack of compassion from her was disgusting! The doctor here I’m sure does great things and I’m not trying to disrespect anyone that works here but whoever the older woman is that I'm referring to. She needs to seek therapy for how miserable she is and more importantly be immediately terminated from her job because she definitely doesn’t care.
