★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Had a horrible experience with my puppy. He has neurological issues. Doctor gave him medice that gave him a Seizure in front of our kid. Looked up the medicine and it said do not give to dogs with brain issues. Paid for x-rays meds vet didn't even check his legs. Later found his right paw was hurt. Just gave me meds for gas! She failed to do a thorough check on him.
August 15 · Erick GarciaDO NOT USE THIS CLINIC. I have been going to this clinic off and on for my animals since Dr. Wiggins was the owner, now it’s ran by very incompetent vets that over charge for services and give out misdiagnosis. I was charged over $300 for services only for my poor pet to come home and suffer till he passed durning the night. All because she said he had gas! I requested a partial refund because I clearly didn’t get the quality care I paid for and nope they won’t make it right, show any empathy or take responsibility for the passing of my beloved pet. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
July 02 · A LI am beyond upset with the treatment of this facility I have been coming here for years I have brought my dog Debo here since birth once he got his tail docked and first medication and parvo treatment spent thousands of dollars here I have been coming here for 8 years but due to the misdiagnosis and mistreatment and misguided practice here I sadly buried my best friend todayAt first I went the checked him out did blood work and said he had a fungus infection was giving 2 different pills was giving it to him as told me too and nothing was helping my dog and I called and called letting them know my dog wasn’t getting any better and after being charged $490 they would not do a re-visit for free I had to fill out an application to see if I qualify for a free visit. Unfortunately he did not make it to his appointment or got a free one I lost a best friend but they also lost a loyal customer I will be taking my business elsewhere and I would recommend for all you to do as well.
July 09 · Alex GonzalezOnly go to this clinic if you want to be wildly overcharged. I brought my dog in for skin problems. He was prescribed prednisone and an antibiotic. They charged $78 for the meds! That is a 970% markup of the RETAIL price. When I requested a written prescription, they informed me it would cost an additional $17.50!!! I paid it, got my med refund and went to the pharmacy and paid $8.43 total for both medications. I give 2 stars only because the vet techs were very kind and understanding, otherwise it would be one star.
July 02 · Rachael WiestWe took our fur babies to have their nails trimmed today…. All 5 of them. We’ve used Springdale Animal hospital for many years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone is nice and helpful. We have 4 dachshunds and a chihuahua. We’ve always been very well taken care of…. From major hernia surgery to just lil having our girls fixed. Can’t go wrong here!!
