★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- We brought our 10 month old kitten in on a Saturday night. The staff were beyond kind and caring for her. She had to stay overnight for a possible foreign body. They let us come back to say bye to her and see where she was staying. We asked if they would give us updates no matter what time. They called a little after 2:00am to give us an update. I slept so much better after that. They called again later that morning with another update. She ended up not needing as much invasive treatment as they thought so we actually got a pretty sizable refund when we picked her up.The staff were kind, professional, and great at answering all our questions.I hope we never have to go back again for an emergency but if we ever do need them I would 100/10 go back and recommend them.Pictures is a very happy girl who is back home 🩷Thank you so so much! - I truly couldn’t have been happier with my experience at this ER clinic. The facility is well kept and updated. The communication and response was amazing and quick.I specifically had the pleasure of meeting Dr Todd and Laney and they were professional, kind, caring, and understanding to all my thoughts, feelings, and concerns.I want to thank the entire staff that possibly worked on my geriatric Labrador who gave me an incredible scare early this morning. As a member of the veterinary profession for the past 20 years my anxiety over entrusting medical staff I have yet to meet or directly being apart of my pets care quickly resolved because of the empathy and compassion. These staff members clearly care about the quality of medicine they are providing.Theodore, my husband, and myself are eternally grateful. April 12 · Jessica Sanders
- The staff and Doctors are compassionate and knowledgeable. Our cat was in heart failure. They helped her with their professional care, she now has the right medicines to help her breathe better and correct diagnosis. As our local vet did not appropriately diagnosis her and sent her home with meds that could of killed her. Thank you all for making our animal maintain the best life she deserves!! - The only reason why this review is getting 2 stars is because of the vet tech named Nikki. Here’s why:I took my cat here because I had some good experience before. My cat is my baby so of course I wanted her to be taken care of. I get here at 2pm. I didn’t leave until 7pm. They made me wait in the lobby for over an hour with my cat until they finally were able to see her. They took her back and then I did not hear anything for over 3 hours. No one informed me. No one came to help me and I even kept asking the front desk with no help at all. The only reason why I was able to find out what was wrong with her was the vet tech named Nikki. Only because of her was I able to find out anything, see my cat and get her fixed and leave. I will never come back to this facility ever again. Do better to take care of the patients and their families. August 02 · Annon Account
- We took our dog, Cooper, here last week after he ate something that caused him some distress. He was throwing up, refusing to eat, and acting very lethargic. We got here around 2am and the staff were incredibly kind and informative. They discussed every step with us, treated Cooper for the symptoms he was experiencing, did some imaging work to make sure there weren’t any blockages causing the issue, and gave us some take-home medicine & some of their recommended dog food to help him in the mean time. As of today, I’m happy to say Cooper is back to his vibrant energetic lifestyle, eating regularly, and hasn’t had an issue keeping food down. Very thankful for this facility and team!
