Springfield Animal Hospital Reviews
I thought in the check up, Prince would get his nails clipped and his ears checked. His nails are still long and it's only been about a month and a half since he was seen. He's shaking his head like he's got something wrong with his ear. I went to get mite medicine it didn't work . It didn't help any don't know what to do and I can't afford $50 for the vet and whatever is left for medication .I'm on a fixed income. They told me to just bring 150 to be safe . I did call and ask if they could take payments and they said no so what do you do for the low income people? I even tried to get on insurance I can't do that either.

May 16, 2025 · Traci ShoemakerThey are amazing! When I had to euthanize my 13 yr old cat with cancer it was an extremely sad day! The Springfield animal hospital went above and beyond for my family! They sent us a card in the mail afterwards and gave us paw prints and nose prints free of charge! They gave us all the time we needed with our baby and made it so comfortable and peaceful for our girl! I highly recommend them with routine care as well! They are very genuine and care about you and your pets well being! Amazing staff and Drs!!
May 22, 2025 · Tim HagenToday was very difficult for me as I needed to make another difficult decision to whether or not to put down our 16 year old Chloe girl❣️. From the first phone call with Tabby at 9:15am to putting Chloe down at 11:15am the same day this entire staff showed me great love & empathy as to the decision I needed to make! Thank you so much staff for getting me in right away honestly presenting all the facts of extreme kidney disease and not exaggerating the facts that this treatment and that treatment would help sustain quality life for our girl!! The grieving room you provided is priceless as I got to spend quality time saying goodbye and didn’t feel rushed to get out of the building! All I can say is when faced with a vet situation you are unsure of call Tabby & Dr Candy & her tech to get the clear honest answers that fit your families needs and pocketbook!! Thanks to all of you for your priceless service to me today❣️
May 01, 2025 · Judy LivingstonThis is THE most thorough, caring, and honest, vet that I have ever taken my pets to!! The staff are outstanding, and the doctor always takes the time to explain, in great detail, any treatment that is recommended for my pet. I am happy, and confident in the care my pets receive at this establishment.
