Apr 27, 2025 · Donna FrattiniTruly a great organization. Both of my cats have been neutered by TEAM and both times we were met with the most compassionate staff who really care about what they do. They do an excellent job and take amazing care of the cats they operate on. Thank you so much to the TEAM staff for all you do for our fur babies!
Oct 23, 2023 · Jewel TLike many others have commented I had a very negative experience with the extremely unprofessional and condescending executive director after calling to inform them that a cat we brought to them to be spayed died 2 days after the procedure. I am a CVT with over 30 years experience in the veterinary field. I simply called to inform them of the miscommunication I had with one of their employees who told me she believed the cat was pregnant and would have the doctor verify and if it was she would call me at 1030am and have me pick up, as spaying a pregnant cat is higher risk. I never received that call and then was scolded upon pickup for not doing a better job of screening the cat for pregnancy. I was then badgered and belittled by the executive director when I called to discuss that miscommunication. I had a very nice conversation with the pleasant woman who initially answered my call. I was not seeking a reimbursement, nor was I placing blame. I simply wanted to notify them of the miscommunication between the staff and myself at the door of the van that day. I wanted to avoid that miscommunication for future clients. But instead I was cut off and told I should not tell her how to operate her business and employees and that I obviously was calling because I didn't read the consent form that said they would spay her despite her reproductive status. The whole interaction was one where the executive director was on defense, with no sympathy for the loss of the cat and even questioning the necropsy; asking me where we had it done, where I worked, was I an active veterinary nurse, etc etc. I am appreciative that TEAM is available to help with spayed and neuters, but sadly because of the 2 negative experiences will never recommend or use them again. The unprofessional behavior of the woman doing admittance (which ultimately led to the cat being spayed even though she was high risk) and the executive director was so uncalled for.RIP Honey
Nov 21, 2023 · Susan ZaboBrought my two male kittens in to be neutered yesterday and had a very negative experience. Was made out to be a neglectful owner in front of a small crowd of people (which is ridiculous, because if anything my cats are spoiled rotten). Completely embarrassing. I felt like a teenager being grilled by the high school principal. She was totally rude, condescending, and accusatory. When my sister complained to them about this, we were banned. Every animal matters, but apparently humans don't. If you're wondering why most people neglect to bring their pets in to be spayed and neutered - this is why.
Jan 23, 2025 · CaseXI’ve used them many times and had no issue. I’ve been trying to set up an appointment since November I keep being told to call back when I do call back either. The phone is busy the whole entire day or I’m being told once again to call back another month…if you guys are booking appointments like that then maybe you need to get another vet truck and some more people, sad I gotta take my business elsewhere when I’ve only used this service…
