★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1TVH has been my place for about a decade with multiple cats and dogs. Dr. Sarah is my usual veterinarian. She’s empathetic and very knowledgeable. Dr Lorrie and Dr Ed are wonderful, too. Dr Lorrie was even willing to help me with my sick guinea pig which I appreciated. Dr Ed reminds me of an old school, no nonsense dad who’s a little prickly around the edges and that’s what you love about him. He is fantastic and gets things done. I truly appreciate all 3 vets, all of the techs and their commitment to their profession.
November 16 · Jamie Colteri’ve been meaning to thank this vet for fixing our kitty, maple. she had a uterine infection and she was having discharge really bad and i didn’t know what to do. my first time here and they worked with me and worked out something for us to able to afford. so she got fixed and she is like a whole new kitty now. she has more energy (not like she had none before but you could tell she wasn’t feeling her best) she has gained weight. which my boyfriend who found her and took her in, said he had been trying to get her to gain weight but she could never put any on.i am so thankful for this place and being able to help us with our kitty. i appreciate it immensely and i can’t thank you all enough for being so amazing and wonderful. we are so happy that our forever kitty is happy and healthy now thanks to the amazing team here. highly recommend. (first photos are recent. last two are when he first got her)
November 04 · Summer LaVereThey don’t care about your pet. Any animal I’ve brought in there has been told they may have diabetes. My wife was told 2 times in the phone in the span of 13 minutes she could still make the appointment. Upon arrival she was told she no longer could have the appointment, the manager was speaking over her so she left mid conversation. When I called the manager didn’t know her head from her rear end, was speaking over me multiple times while I was explaining my frustrations to the point I had to say “I am speaking” multiple times. Idk what kind of manager they have there but I know being a manager at my job if we told someone we could take there appointment we’d honor that. The answer we were given was the doctors HAVE to leave at exactly 5pm so they can make meetings which doesn’t make sense? What business has meetings after operational hours. Seems like horrible practice. I’ve been coming to this veterinary hospital for 2 years with 4 animals and it’s a shame. Taking my business to Companion Animal Clinic from now on. Maybe if they hired some people with integrity they could’ve kept us. Shame.
March 21 · Kyle FowxTook my Chinese shar pei here for routine vet appointment and to schedule him to be neutered. No issues awesome care had my two year old daughter with me and they brought her coloring stuff. We just recently moved to the area within the last year and needed a good vet. Will be bringing all our animals here going forward good care .
April 11 · Sam WilkersonBoth Ed and Lorrie were kind, knowledgeable and quick when it came to our cat. Easily diagnosed and treated the issue without overcharging or prescribing unnecessary medications. Love an honest vet, they're invaluable! BIG thanks to the Tritts and their whole crew for welcoming us with open arms and making a typically bad experience, a fun one for our little guy!
