TotalBond Veterinary Hospital at Bethel Reviews
Easy to make an appointment. The staff make you feel welcome when you walk in the door. They take great care with my fearful/nervous pup when I bring her and have offered to let me bring her in anytime on a "friendly" visit instead of just coming in for vet work. I love that I can message them or call if I have any questions and they get back to me very quickly. They also connect to the PetDesk app so making appointments and staying on top of vaccinations is a breeze.
May 28, 2025 · Jennifer MorrisOur youngest English Springer Spaniel got into a fight with our oldest one, Jake. Our youngest one left a deep gash in Jake's leg. It happened later in the evening, so I covered the wound and wrapped it until I could take him in to see our vet the next day. However, the veterinarian we usually go to did not have a doctor available to see Jake the next day, so they referred me to TotalBond.I could not have been more grateful when they offered to see him right away. Dr. Harris and the staff were so sweet and compassionate to Jake, who has pretty high vet visit anxiety!! (You can tell they truly love their furry clients!)Jake stayed with Dr. Harris so she could mildly sedate him and suture his wound. She also mentioned to me that Jake may need a cone to keep him from messing with his bandage. I told her that he likes to "show off" his injuries, so I knew he would not need a cone! She called me about an hour or so later to let me know what she had done for Jake and to let me know when to pick him up. When I got there, Jake came out with a bandage decorated with a flower on it, so he would have something to "show off"... too funny and so thoughtful! He was a happy boy... and he hasn't touched the work of art on his leg!To all of you at TotalBond: You won us over! Thank you!!!❤️❤️❤️
Apr 17, 2025 · Celeste Mohr LantisWe have been coming to Total Bond for many years. Our dog Sully recently had his back leg amputated and I feel that this procedure went very well. Scheduling appointments are easy and they always find a way to get our dogs seen. The staff here are warm and welcoming and care for the well being of both our dogs.
Apr 01, 2025 · jenn merrittI recently had an emergency visit with my Gizmo. The entire staff at Total Bond in Lake Wylie were amazing - from the minute I walked in the door, through the entire exam and even check out was done right there in the room so he didn’t have to wait at the front counter! No waiting - just lots of love!!
