Dr.Koballa and the whole staff are knowledgeable, personable and friendly. I highly recommend them for your pets needs. Jun 18, 2025 · Cassandra CragerWe recently faced the heartbreaking experience of losing our beloved puppy, Ladybug, only a few days after bringing her home. At just 3 months old, she suffered from a serious illness that affected her limbs, and we had to make the incredibly difficult decision to let her go. My husband took her to another emergency vet as everything became a blur in the moment. Ladybug was our first dog, and from the second we met her, she was a cherished part of our family. The loss has been devastating. With a heavy heart, I called this vet’s office to cancel an upcoming appointment. The doctor reached out that same evening, offering us comfort and a listening ear during one of our darkest times. She spent nearly half an hour on the phone, allowing us to express our grief. Her patience, compassion, and kindness were remarkable, especially given that we hadn’t even met her in person yet. If this is the level of care she provides to pet parents, I can only imagine the love and dedication she shows to her animal patients. To our surprise, they also sent a heartfelt card expressing their condolences. When we’re ready to open our hearts to another pet, we’ll absolutely come here, and I’ll continue to recommend this clinic to anyone seeking exceptional, compassionate care for their pets.
Nov 12, 2024 · Karen FunderburkI have worked with Dr. Koballa over the last several years with all of the dogs in my breeding program. She takes the time to know each dog and their individual personalities and put them at ease. Unfortunately I had imported a puppy that brought an illness to my entire kennel and we were in a very serious and dire situation. When emergency happened Dr. Koballa did her analysis and gave her personal cell phone so I could reach her at any moment. We had to be referred to specialist, and she kept in contact with not only myself but the doctors of their team, as well. I can’t imagine, trusting my beloved dogs with anyone else for their care other than Dr. Erin Koballa because of the track record we have to date. She’s incredible and has opened herself and her personal time to me as well. I am totally indebted to her, and I appreciate her skills and empathy so very much.
