May 31, 2025 · Aly GabrielleMade an appointment for my cat 1 month in advance. I confirmed the appointment multiple times days in advance. The day before my appointment I got a call stating that there would not be a provider to take my appointment that day and that I would need to reschedule. Why make me confirm my appointment that I made a MONTH IN ADVANCE to then tell me to reschedule last minute. I see this is also a reoccurring issue. Pretty unorganized.
May 17, 2025 · Tayler LeoneIf you have a gut feeling that your dog is ill, don’t take them here. Took my shih tzu here THREE TIMES because she seemed to be losing sight, and each time the doctors told us nothings wrong. Clearly something was wrong, because now 2 months later my dog is bumping into things she can’t see. Talking to other people, ive been told that the place has also done nothing for the health checks of their pets, and the price charged for their “services” is ridiculous. I’ve been told to better spend my time at other doctors.
May 08, 2025 · Inkari C.LMy fiancé and I recently got a 7 month old puppy who needed a new home. Unfortunately we had very minimal info when it came to his vaccinations and needs medication-wise. We started looking into a few options for vets, then we chose Banfield Pet Hospital. Once we got there and met the nurse, Bree and Dr. Faranda, we immediately knew we’d made the right choice for our veterinarian. They made us feel right at home, answered all of our questions, and were extremely informative. I was beyond highly impressed by both of them with how they handled our dog, since he’s a bit skidding still, and cared for each and every one of his needs. If you’re looking for a vet to go to, DEFINITELY pick this one!
Mar 18, 2025 · Alexandra HoldingBeen going to petsmart for years started with my 1st dog so I've been coming for about 17 yrs now. Over the last year I have had continuous problems with my Pets medicine apoquell its has been noted in the system several times that when we come to get the apoquell we should have no issue but I haven't had that experience yet. Brought my dog in Wednesday 4/16 for comprehensive actually spoke with the Dr gone call him Dr B and also spoke with the acting manager Emily who both told me when I return to get apoquell I wouldn't have any problems also i had to get a fecal sample which i thought that was done in the comprehensive (wasnt happy about that). Returned sat 4/19 to get my apoquell and had issues once again there was no communication from Wednesday to Saturday it was told to me that the manager had started making a note but it wasn't completed that is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. The next person should be able to read notes and pick right up with what happened. I would just like to have this problem solved and I would like to have a manager reach out to me in regards to this matter. Had left a message for someone to reach out to me
