Feb 16, 2025 · La chanaMaking an appointment with Urgent vet was extremely easy. Got an appointment right away on a Sunday. The staff were very helpful with my dogs coughing/wheezing issue. They were patient and took the time to discuss treatment. They also called the next day to check on him and to answer any further questions. Definitely recommend them.
Jan 28, 2025 · Cheryl FrederickWe brought this little guy in as a stray, he was having a difficult time walking and was covered in fleas. They told us he might not make it and suggested that it would be a fine decision to put him down. We went against their judgement and got a second opinion at another animal hospital the same night, who said he would be fine and make a full recovery with some basic medications and sent us home. This is him a week later.Sincerely, thank you to the vet tech who told us they thought he would probably make it if we gave him meds, you helped convince us to go get a second opinion. I'm glad we didn't listen to the vet on staff. It's worth noting that we went there an hour before closing, so they had an incentive to get us out of the door. Do what you will with that information.
May 19, 2025 · Brandon RevillWe brought our beloved 13 year old male dog Koko because he wasn’t eating. The staff was very kind and considerate. They understood our situation and advised us of all options for care. They did not try to push the most expensive care options that may or may not cure our furbaby. We had to make a tough decision but the staff allowed us all the time we needed as we spent our last moments together. I appreciated the support and compassion we received during a tough time.
Jan 30, 2025 · Chantel GuyI was visiting from out of state when my kid needed care, and I’m so grateful for the care I received here especially from the vet tech Ashley. From the moment we walked in, she was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Ashley took the time to listen to my concerns and didn’t just brush us off despite my kid being 19, explained each step clearly, and handled my guy with genuine compassion and skill. It’s not easy trusting someone new—especially far from home—but Ashley made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I truly appreciated her kindness and expertise. She’s an outstanding vet tech and a real asset to the clinic!
