A little over a week ago, I took my dog Ginny here for the first time. This place is exactly what I had been looking for and they are well worth the 2+ hours I spend driving there and back. Not only do they provide excellent care, but they paid attention to my sweet doggo and gave her so much love! I am always so irritated by vets and vet staff who barely acknowledge my dogs when I bring them in, but that wasn't the case here. The woman at the reception desk came around to say hello and give Ginny lots of love! That immediately set us both at ease. In the exam room, Dr. Lin and the vet tech got right down on the floor with Ginny to love on her and make her feel comfortable. And then Dr. Lin stayed in the room for as long as I needed to answer my many questions about my dog's care plan going forward. I know I tend to ask a lot of questions, but I never felt like I was holding her up or being annoying which I appreciated! I came here because I believe in integrative medicine, but I will continue to bring my dog here because of the people who made our first visit so wonderful! - Elizabeth C
