★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was able to bring my cat Sterling in for an emergency visit with three infected abscesses on his head. They were very informative and they saved his life. It did cost over $1000 for him being in there for only an hour or so but the help they gave saved his life. Very costly but I have nothing bad to say about the help they gave him and I Thank you to all of the veterinary staff that helped save my Sterling.
August 04 · Megan McManusthis place started out all smiles but when I went to pick up my daughters dog and I couldn't pay the entire bill it turned all bad.the vet kept the dog.and NO Ms Vet I was not mistaken! After going home getting the money and getting Lunar, I looked up the laws!!! It is not legal for her to keep the baby dog. put her through all that trauma for a few hundred bucks. this vet wants you money and that is all she wants. she is at most a lying vet. unless you have hundreds of dollars in your purse keep you babies away from this woman.
June 11 · PAM NONYADr. American and her staff are awesome. They saved my baby's life ( dog). I will be forever grateful to these wonderful people. Thank you for your caring and kind hearts.
May 13 · Susan ThackerI've brought 2 of my dogs here for last minute, urgent visits. First visit back in 2017 for my Anatolian Shepherd that was 75lbs at 8months old. The vet and vet tech were amazing with her. Amelia figured out very quickly that she had pano, a large breed puppy growing pains type issue. Thankfully nothing serious.2nd visit was the day before Thanksgiving 2024. I had originally scheduled my Anatolian to come in for an enlarged lymph gland, but quickly realized that morning that my Golden needed to be seen more urgently.Got my Golden seen that day and realized she had Pyrometra which is extremely dangerous and fatal if not treated quickly. The vet did her surgery on December 1st and saved her life! Her uterus was extremely large, thankfully hadn't burst yet. This vet knows what she is doing! Listen to her advice.Make sure you have good pet insurance (mine is PETS Best) and a high limit credit card for these types of emergencies. I spent almost $4,000 here for everything including surgery, but it didn't matter because my dog is still alive!I told them what I wanted done and they did those things only. I never got pressured or forced into more work than was necessary. I appreciate this vet so much and would highly recommend her and would bring my dogs here again if needed. 💖🐶🐕
December 17 · Heather BThe staff here doesn’t care about your animals, just what’s in your wallet. Once I refused the hundreds of dollars of unnecessary things they quoted me on, the vet carelessly administered a shot to my dogs back without looking, causing her jump and fling around in pain. My dog has NEVER had this reaction to a shot and she was clearly scared afterwards. The vet muttered some excuse about it hurting her because she was on the floor. Absolutely careless, they do not care about your animals here, only the money you’re willing to fork over to “fix” them. I will never bring my dog here again.
