★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We've been bringing our dogs here for about 18 years now, I would never go anywhere else! The staff is wonderful and the doctors are extremely knowledgeable and have never steered us wrong. They will take excellent care of your pets.
March 19 · EliseMy puppy loves his vet, Dr. Scott Foster! He gets so excited about going there, although he has has 2 surgeries in his young life, he still loves to go to the vet! Dr. Foster and his staff are amazing. He always takes the time to explain to me what is going on. He is very knowledgeable and caring!
April 07 · Marie McCaskillMy family and I have only been in Alabama for about a year. My first experience here was great. I just needed my 10 year old dog's regular exam and shots. Everyone was helpful and what you'd want when going to a new vet. More recently, we'd gotten a puppy in October 2020, and they've been absolutely amazing with her routine care.A week ago, she was hit by a car. I was terrified and, while this isn't an emergency vet, they still saw her right away. The front staff was incredibly patient with my 3 small children and even helped to entertain them. Dr. Torsch examined her immediately upon our arrival (I called prior to showing up) and eased my worry. She got very lucky and it wasn't near as bad as it could have been. He did refer me to the Emergency vet so she would have overnight care, but I've been back every day so he could change the bandage on the most severe wound she had. Everyone at this vet helped me, as well as my kids, feel better during such a traumatizing and scary moment. My pup is doing great and she will fully recover.. I'm so grateful for these wonderful people. ❤
June 24 · Alexandra KehrGreat Dr's and techs, we seem to be frequent flyers here lately, but we are so blessed to have are fur kids treated by such a kind caring group.
March 22 · Don ShelnuttI took my new baby for her first routine check up. This was also my time to pick a new vet who would care for my babies, since their vet will be closing her doors at the end of February. As others, my babies mean the world to me. This place is really nice and seem to be very organized. The staff was really nice, even though the receptionist, wasn’t as Customer Service as I would have wish. It did not take us long to be escorted to our exam room. The doctor came in, and I like how he communicated with me as he examined My Baby. The negative that I have to add is while talking to him, he would answer, but everything seemed so rushed. I was OK though. Again, since am looking for a permanent vet, this is important. One thing that stood out that really hurt was when I read the last sentence on the paperwork that I had signed. It stated, “if your baby became the property of the clinic, they will dispose of it as they see fit. I would think that a place who supposed to love our babies, would not refer to them as “it”. And the fact that they use the word “disposed”, shows no compassion, nor does it say that they would care if my baby lives or die. Because of this statement, even though I absolutely believe in paying for service, I could not trust this clinic to care for my babies.
