Veterinary Emergency Group Reviews
I came to this location this morning 5/19 around 5:30-6AM and I was blown away by the staff. They’re all so accommodating, alert, quick and educated. I walked in and they took my baby ASAP and got him comfortable with an X-ray and Catheter to check for blockage . Offered coffee and snacks where we waited (which was less than 5 minutes while they checked him). Very Clean ER VET . They're educated very well on Felines and for my baby that don’t really care for others handling him , he actually trust them to pick him up and didn’t put up a fight. He can tell the energy is amazing there. Assured me that he isn’t blocked and his bladder is okay. We were given meds to administer. They’re a beautiful team ! Hopefully I don’t have to go back BUT if I do, I’d choose them all over again! Keep up the great work. It was a breeze thanks for keeping my mind at ease. Kiddie Thanks You All Too!
May 20, 2025 · Kandance RodgersThey handled our Pebbles who passed at home with extra care. Upon them from phone call about bringing her in til our final moments.Upon our arrival they knew who we were & came to car. They have a comforting room where we were about to spend as much time as we wanted with Pebbles. Lauren was so compassionate, comforting & friendly. She asked us if we wanted Pebbles paw 🐾 print. Lauren had to do a few before getting ones she thought were the best. We were told about the process of cremation & what we would get for Pebbles private cremation. The rest of the staff was professional & friendly. I would definitely recommend this Hospital, especially for final arrangements for your Fur Baby.
Mar 17, 2025 · Dara Lynn ZadrogaI recently had to bring my pup, Onyx, to the emergency room after he tore up a leather boot and swallowed the pieces. It was a terrifying experience, but the care and dedication from Dr. Kiel and the entire team made all the difference. Despite an eight-hour stay, they were incredibly compassionate, professional, and thorough. Dr. Kiel took the time to explain every step of the procedure, ensuring Onyx received the best possible care. What truly stood out was the incredible staff and veterinary technicians working there. From the moment we walked in, they treated Onyx with such kindness and patience, always making sure he was as comfortable as possible. Their attentiveness, expertise, and genuine love for animals made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. We have used this emergency clinic before, and every experience has been exceptional. The entire team consistently goes above and beyond, and we would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
Mar 24, 2025 · Benjamin BuentelloThe best quality healthcare I’ve ever seen, never experienced this level of expertise and compassion. Everyone at VEG is amazing and caring and took great care of my kitty and me at our lowest, they made a horrible situation better. Top notch medicine and there was no wait. Really impressed by their customer service and how great they are at their profession. Highly recommend this place when an emergency unexpectedly happens. My cat had obstruction and they were prompt in diagnosing and performing immediate life-saving emergency surgery. They allow you to be there the entire time and keep you updated. I was there for what seemed like days…I hadn’t slept in days and really unwell and unrested and I’m sorry for forgetting names but the wonderful people’s names I remember is Dr.Kiel who initially saw Leon, Dr.Sanderson who performed the surgery, I wish I remembered all the techs and nurses who were incredible likeJailyn, and Cristian the customer care coordinator.
May 06, 2025 · Mayra DelagarzaAn experience we all hate and don't wish on anyone is a hard thing to come back and leave a 5 star review on. A part of my heart was taken last night and it will definitely hurt for a long time. That said.. I have been to many veterinarian clinics and most have been great experiences (aside from Crosby vet.) I digress.. the staff here is absolutely above and beyond. They definitely care for the well being of any and all animals that enter those doors. A staff with very caring hearts, also human enough to be honest and not try to upsale while you are emotional. I would absolutely recommend these exceptional caregivers even outside of emergency hours.
