Scheduled a neuter for today with our cat. The girl at the front desk stated that care credit is accepted, as long as we have a card. Went to pay after the neuter and were told by Angela that care credit is only accepted if it is a specific type of card and that our card would not be accepted. We were then told we could not take our cat home until payment was made and that a payment plan was unavailable. We requested to speak with a manager and were told one was not available.
