★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place is amazing 👏 🤩Doctor Tran and her staff not only care for your family pet but also the care takers of our pet as well. We have been with Doctor Tran for over a year and have wonderful experiences and interactions. She is well educated and can explain everything in detail to you on your pets needs. Highly recommended
July 29 · Jason UriasI’m so grateful for the incredible care my dog, Petey, received at Watauga Animal Clinic. After a scary accident left him with a broken leg, I was worried about what the outcome might be. Dr. Tran and Mindy were amazing from start to finish — they showed so much compassion and expertise. Dr. Tran carefully explained all of our options, and thanks to their dedication and skill, they were able to save Petey’s leg! Mindy’s kindness and patience made the whole experience less stressful, and Petey is always treated like family. I can’t thank them enough for giving my boy a second chance to run and play. Highly recommend Watauga Animal Clinic to anyone in need of exceptional veterinary care!
March 19 · Jenna KoestnerI’ve been bringing my two dogs to Watauga Animal Hospital since they were puppies, and even after moving an hour away, I still make the drive because there’s no one I trust more with their care. Both of my girls are very anxious and reactive, but the staff here is incredibly patient and skilled—they’re able to work with them gently and effectively without the need for sedation, which is something I deeply appreciate. They also have never been penny pinchers or tried to talk me into procedures that weren't needed. I have called them multiple times to ask if I needed to bring my girls in for a visit based on whatever symptoms they were experiencing, and they would routinely give me the confidence to monitor at home, instead of spending the time and money to bring them in for a visit. They have not only my dogs' best interest in mind, but they have mine in mind as well. When my girl Sophie unfortunately passed away at an emergency vet in another city, I received a handwritten letter signed by the entire Watauga Animal Hospital team, and Dr. Tran personally called me to check in, answer my questions, and offer support. That kind of compassion is rare and meant the world to me during such a heartbreaking time. The empathy and grace that they have is second to none.Watauga Animal Hospital has always gone above and beyond, and they’ve truly become like family. I wouldn’t take my girls anywhere else. Thank you all for the amazing care and kindness you continue to show.
June 27 · Keira StephensSaw Dr. Tran and Mindy yesterday for annual exam. Dixie is 12 years old now. Dr. Tran saved her life 12 years ago when she diagnosed her with addison's disease. Had a great check up yesterday! Dr. Tran is always the best! But special shout out to Mindy who was so kind and attentive to my old girl. You made this mommy feel less anxious too!
August 13 · Stacy ThomasHighly recommend this clinic. They are amazing. We have a younger dog that has bad hips and knees. They take excellent care with her. We also have a 28 year old cat that is still with us thanks to their excellent care. We were lucky to find them. We came for another opinion on our dog in the beginning. We have stayed with them, for care of all our animals. Both young and old.
