★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Everything about our appointment was nice. The staff were friendly and the vet was very informative. We had lab results in a few hours. I thank them for making this an easy experience while waiting on our pup’s diagnosis.
August 05 · Casey AdamsOne of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a vet clinic. We brought in our 4-month-old puppy, who we had adopted from a shelter just three days prior, because he wasn’t feeling well. Instead of receiving help or compassion, we were immediately met with condescension and judgment by a staff member who acted like she was the head vet—spoiler alert: she wasn’t even a vet at all. She treated us like we were killing our dog and made us feel completely irresponsible, despite the fact that we had just taken the pup in and were doing the right thing by bringing him in for care. She was rude, dismissive, and incredibly entitled. On top of that, she threw out a ridiculous estimate of $1200 just for a few basic tests—completely absurd. It was clear from the way she talked that she was more interested in scaring us into opening our wallets than actually helping the animal. To make matters worse, her explanations were full of contradictions and misinformation. It felt like we were being manipulated and bullied rather than supported. She also told us that she “didn’t like hearing half the things we told her” while we were just telling her the symptoms of our pup. They don’t seem to care about pets—only money and being “right” at the expense of the people who come to them for help. The only redeeming part of the visit was the actual vet who came in later. She was calm, respectful, and gave some useful insight, but the damage had already been done.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Your pet—and your peace of mind—deserve better.
May 07 · HrishabhThey took amazing care of my 2.5 week old kitten we found. They were kind and helpful.
August 01 · Erin TaylorVetco is a living nightmare, and I wouldn’t trust these clowns with a houseplant, let alone my dog. Let me tell you about the absolute circus act I endured here. I brought my dog in, and they whisked him away to the back. What followed was the most gut-wrenching 20 minutes of my life—listening to him SCREAMING in pain like he was being tortured. And when I demanded answers, the vet had the audacity to tell me they have the “best staff” and that one of them even CRIES when animals cry. Are you kidding me? If your staff is so “amazing,” why is my dog screaming like that? Crying doesn’t make up for your incompetence or the fact that my dog was clearly suffering because of YOU.But it doesn’t stop there. While I was in the exam room, one of the staff came in, started asking questions, and began inputting everything into her laptop like she was conducting some sort of business negotiation. Then, she drops a bombshell on me: the total for the treatment would be over $1,000. When I told her I couldn’t afford that, she casually says, “Oh, we can tweak it.” TWEAK IT? My dog’s health isn’t some kind of upcharge menu where you pick and choose what you can afford. I ended up paying almost $400 for some lab work, a rabies shot, and—get this—a prescription that wasn’t even SIGNED. No signature, no stamp, nothing. How does a licensed vet screw up something so basic? It’s literally your job to know that a prescription needs a signature to be valid! And now here I am, months later, STILL fighting with these people to get my dog’s meds. I brought him in before Thanksgiving, and because of their incompetence, my poor dog has been suffering this whole time. I should have listened to my friends who warned me about this place. They were right: Vetco doesn’t care about your pets—they only care about taking your money and sending you out the door.If you love your pets, stay as far away from this place as possible. They traumatized my dog, overcharged me, handed me an invalid prescription, and had the nerve to act like they were doing me a favor. Vetco is an absolute joke, a disgrace to veterinary care, and a danger to anyone who walks through their doors. They should be ashamed to call themselves a clinic. NEVER AGAIN.
