★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Highly recommend! Dr. Bellen was very invested in my leopard gecko and the concerns I had with the mass. He got it taken care of for us and she's home and healing now.The take care of: cats, dogs, lizards, hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, snakes, and any "pocket pet". Unsure of tarantulas
February 28 · Manda BallI feel compelled to share my concerns regarding Doctor Bellin's (the only vet there) approach to care, which appears to be lacking in urgency and compassion. His focus seems to be bent toward financial gain, rather than providing efficient and effective care. The unnecessary need for 3 over priced x-rays to determine if our cat required an enema (one should be enough). We had initially requested the enema because she had been straining from several hours. He would only give her an enema if she had an x ray, but warned us, he might need more than one! Ha! Moreover, the initial estimate failed to account for an additional two-hour observation period and hospital admission fee, which was only disclosed after the fact. They didn't offer any meds to keep her gut, moving or to keep her stools softened. We discovered that mirrorlax was helpful. Additionally, the staff seemed to be walking on eggshells. They were quiet and they didn't seem like they were empowered to do anything. The bottom line. Is there something really wrong with this facility, we had a really bad feeling in our gut. We felt somthing was not right. Sadly, our cat was misdiagnosed and had seen another vet she ended up painfully passing away due to Wet FIP. I am disheartened by the apparent decline in empathy among veterinarians, where financial gain seems to be the primary objective, leading to considerable frustration. We'll be reporting to the BBB.
August 25 · Jessica ThrockmortonI have been going to Wildwood animal hospital with my pets since the 1980s when they were located in another facility in Marshfield. So over 35 years of taking care of my pets I have never had a major issue with them. It continues to be that way.And now with the ability to offer echocardiogram services through an exterior company makes it even more convenient for those of us that would have traveled 2 hours to find someone to do that for us.Dr Knabe was an amazing doctor and we will miss her as she has recently retired... I have transferred over to Dr Bellin and have found him to be also a wonderful doctor. The facility there is very nice and the people that work there are really good with the pets. I feel comfortable and confident when we go for appointments and that makes me happy
August 16 · Theresa ShawWe have been using the Wildwood animal Hospital for a number of years that I’ve been very happy with the service. Dr. Bellin truly cares about the pets that he’s seeing and they’ve always made time to get our dogs in. I would highly recommend.
