They also provide in-house laboratory services for quick blood work, urinalysis, fecal tests, and pre-surgical, annual, and senior pet screenings.
Urgent Care: As evidenced by a customer's experience with a dental abscess, the clinic is highly responsive to urgent needs, providing quick processes for getting care and assisting in coordinating necessary hospitalization.
Internal Medicine: They handle a wide range of internal health issues, including digestive problems, kidney diseases, diabetes, and endocrine disorders, working to diagnose and treat these conditions to ensure optimal pet health.
Puppy & Kitten Care: Comprehensive first visits including physical exams, vaccination schedules, diet discussions, and parasite prevention plans specifically for young animals.

Williamsburg Veterinary Clinic Reviews
It is clear that Dr. Ortiz truly cares about his patients and his craft. This is not your typical veterinarian that wants to get you in and out just to make a quick dollar. He is carrying, compassionate, and takes the time needed with each patient and parent to make us feel right at home.Upon moving to Williamsburg, my family and I took the time to try a few other vets in the area. Not meeting what I would call Baseline satisfaction. We continued searching for the right provider to care for our princess. It wasn't until we met Dr. Ortiz and experience the level of care he provided to our princess. We can never thank him enough for the years he contributed to her health and well-being. I only hope that at our next destination we can find another Dr. Ortiz. 🙏🏽❤️
Jun 26, 2025 · Shane CivitilloI called for an appointment for my cat with a dental abcess, I was greeted with kindness, care and compassion from the moment I spoke with someone. The process of getting care for my cat was quick. The clinic was extremely responsive! My cat ended up needing hospitalization and the clinic assisted in coordinating care! They followed up on the treatment of my fella and checked in on me. Throughout the process the staff were compassionate but also transparent about expectations.

Jan 27, 2025 · Douglas RouleauI had just switched to this VET service (WVC) a few months ago for my WESTIE. The other night, I had an emergency visit for a blocked esophagus, after my dog swallowed a ham bone! I received immediate care and attention, was referred for emergency services at the AEC IN Yorktown ( for after hours emergency surgery) . WVC coordinated the handoffs, the post surgery care back at Williamsburg for the next 24 hrs too. They saved my WESTIE! The staff at WVC & their partnership with AEC were amazing. Forever grateful!
