Jolly Pond Veterinary Hospital Reviews
This place is AMAZING! From the first phone call, the staff was kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, and patient. The receptionist took her time answering all of my questions, explained in detail what makes their clinic special, and put me at ease about being a prospective new client. Our first appointment was magical! The office and grounds are beautiful and serene, and the staff was pleasant and jovial. One of my girls is usually wary of veterinary visits, but she immediately bonded with Dr. Clark, and the whole visit went smoothly. I felt like we were welcomed into a family rather than just taken on as clients. They understand the importance of building relationships with their clients and patients and making sure they are available to their current clients/patients in cases of illness or injury, so it took some time to get in for an initial appointment, but it was completely WORTH THE WAIT! They take their time, they put their patients first, and they treat you and yours like family. I wish my doctors were as awesome as the staff at Jolly Pond Veterinary. I will be recommending them to everyone from now on.
Apr 08, 2025 · Jenn BExtremely well run vet. You will wait in your car and be seen by an aide for initial assessment, thereby preventing the always potential "waiting room dog/cat fight." The vets and staff are courteous and knowledgeable AND (not that it's relevant) good looking too! Good group. Will not be looking for any other place to care for my mutts.
May 14, 2025 · Steve ChurchillWe love the vets and staff at Jolly Pond and they love our dog. Scooby has been at Jolly Pond many times over the past 6 months including two surgeries on her ear. We have zero complaints or concerns with her care. Highly recommended vet care.
Jun 03, 2025 · Marc TenanI was nervous to bring my nearly-11-year-old greyhound for dental surgery. Greyhounds are notoriously kind of weird dogs and need special considerations, especially for surgery, so when Dr. Clark said she had experience with and love for greyhounds, I felt much more comfortable. She did extra research and gave us pre-surgery medication to prevent any adverse outcomes. She really put my mind at ease, and my dog is doing great after surgery. It’s a little expensive, but worth it for the quality of care (for both the animal and the worried human!).
