★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I took my 7 year old cat to Dr. Young when she got very sick and quit eating and drinking. She was VERY dehydrated and starting to jaundice. Dr. Young was very understanding and very gentle (my cat hates everybody but she absolutely loved him). He ran blood work and gave her antibiotics and a steroid and also fluids. He gave me all my options and explained all the blood work and what it all meant then let me choose what worked best for me. After no improvement 48 hours later he gave me an anti nausea med and an appetite stimulating ointment to help her start eating. Three days later she was eating and drinking on her own! Today she is back to her normal mouthy self. I appreciate him taking the time and caring enough to try everything he could instead of just brushing her off cause she's a cat. All the staff I had contact with were all very nice and friendly! February 26 · Lindsy Olvera
- They did the almost nothing for my sick dog. Found out that she need surgery and they only took blood work and said that she would be fine with the antibiotics they sent home. She didn't get better, I would never take any of my pets here ever again. Would rather take her to the vet I trust even though it is a lot further out from home. July 07 · Lizzy Hastings
- My girlfriend and I had an appointment in my home town of Carrollton for our 10 month old kitten. We needed to get X-rays and were recomended to come to this Vet. We called Young Veterinary Clinic at around 3:30 PM to explain our kittens situation. They were very understanding and got us in right away. They close at 5 and knew that we had to make the drive from Carrollton when it was close to closing time. She stayed late to help us and was very thorough with everything and explained all the pricing. Dr. McComas went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful for our experience today! - Young's was recommended to me for end of life care for my Monroe. They took care of her cremation for me and I was extremely grateful for them. They made the decision and process very comfortable for me. When I took her in They gave me the time I needed to say goodbye, and they were very professional and caring. I would recommend them to everyone. April 03 · Tracy Gerken
- Had my dog shaved, bathed, toenails cut and vaccines up to date. Did very nice job. I was completely satisfied. Will take her back when needed. May 13 · Charlotte Allen
