But, my 60 lb puppy wags his tail; happy to visit everyone there. I am so glad to have been led to T & C! :)" This speaks volumes about the patient experience and the friendly demeanor of the staff, which is essential for managing the anxiety that many pets (and owners) feel about veterinary appointments.

- I would do 0 stars but not an option. We’ve been using this office for about a year now. Was the office the shelter used before we adopted so just stayed. Had no issues until this month. I wrote a check on 7/1 for dog meds. My bank acct was hacked 7/9. A week plus later. I get a call on 7/15 that my check was returned and owed the $30 return fee. Yes I’m sorry I got hacked. They took everything and I’m not sure when it will be fixed. Was told I had into Friday 7/19 to pay or I was turned over to collections. Um I’ve literally had all my $ stolen. I go today Friday 7/19 and pay cash and tell them my dog is moving vets and cannot believe how I was treated and was told usually given 7 days to pay. I was given 4. Then was told they should have turned me over to the prosecuting attorney for a bad check. When I wrote the check 7/1 the $ was there. I was freakn hacked. You held my check for over 2 weeks. I called my electric co, mortgage co and car insurance and no one threatened collections or late fees and most extended my due date. The vet sat at the desk the entire time today and said NOTHING! - Only put the one star because no stars wasn’t an option. Took my heeler in for her first checkup (supposed to d worm her) took her to another vet, she’s got worms and have never been dewormed. Also the only vet clinic I know that doesn’t let you go back with your pet. July 04 · Noah Bowman
- We have been seeing this office for years and always had great customer service. Until more recently in the past couple of years things have been awful! We took my dog in for what was supposed to be a simple tumor removal, which quickly led to my dog losing most of a foot and extreme weight loss. An “expiremental” surgery as they called it left my dog with a rotted paw and a stay in their office for months. I was not informed of said surgery changes and have spent hundreds of dollars on visits for a mistake made by them! They even mentioned having to buy special equipment and medication for last resort on their “trial dog”. More recently our pup was taken in for blood in stool, vomit as well as blood in her water when drinking plus numerous other red signs! Our pup was sent home with “no issues” and no soon as she got home had a bowl of water bloody with blood clots. I called back to the office and was talked down to and then handed to the vet in office. The Dr was very unprofessional and rude to me over the phone. I have since requested all documentation on my pup. My mother went to collect this information and was treated very poorly. NOT TO MENTION THE DR HARDLY DOES ANY WORK IN HIS OWN PRACTICE! His help is doing most work without certification and they don’t allow you in the room with your pups most visits for this reason! I am extremely unhappy with my treatment and services here! Please be weary of this place! March 03 · kaitlyn harp
