Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
Banfield on Causeway has been excellent to me and my cat, Ari, today. The nurses were so kind, asked me a lot of questions and let me ask as well. They were extremely straight forward with treatment and pricing, which is something I love about Banfield. However, the most important thing about Banfield is the way they care. I think it’s easy to misjudge Banfield because it’s a franchise and not a “small-business quiet animal hospital”, but honestly, I have found in my experience that Banfield has 👏 it 👏 together. Dr. Figueroa Felix was amazing as well, as she came out twice to tell me about my cat Ari, second time letting me ask and confirm some things. Additionally, I came around pickup time/EOD and waited a bit (as I should’ve because they were taking the time to get Ari ready and get all of her prescriptions and make sure everything was okay), but the person at the front was apologizing and was considerate, even though I was fine to wait. Great experience today, and hoping this helps as an apology from Ari and myself due to her behavior (Sorry—I promise she is the sweetest cat but this girl has been at the vet way more than a standard cat). She will be better next time. BTW: If you don’t have the OWP (Optimum Wellness Plan) what are you doing?? That’s all. Love Banfield.
Apr 23, 2025 · Travis VickHad a fine experience with the doctor was nice and explained everything going on with my cat and discussed further options, even though i ended up going to another location and they said the medication prescribed was not the correct dosage….but when I received a phone call to confirm my next appointment the front desk staff was so rude it makes me never want to go back. There was miscommunication about my appointment and she blamed it on the “new front desk girl that doesn’t know what she’s doing” then proceeded to argue, have a terrible attitude when I was trying to prioritize getting my cat medicine then hangs up the phone on me! Insane I’m regretting signing up for the membership
Jun 28, 2025 · Mikayla ButlerHard to find a facility that has a real passion for animals. While they are constantly busy they are still very attentive to you and your pets. All the staff is amazing and a special shout out to Mirella and Dr. Figueroa. They are true angels. Highly recommend.
May 22, 2025 · Sammy STotally love Dr. Figueroa but the ever revolving non trained office and front desk staff was enough for me to finally leave this office. If Dr. Figueroa ever opens a private practice I'll go directly to her. But to have one lie after another by the staff, then have Sargeant Andrea come out and attempt to over talk me with rudeness,.sarcasm and eye rolling but then expect you to leave your voiceless pet with them- No Thank you.
