Jun 23, 2025 · Marta GlaselI went to Vetco ( Waldorf) to get my dogs updated shots and prescriptions for heartgard and nexgard. The Vet offered me both at the appointment and I requested a prescription instead because I get a discount from Chewy. They told me no problem the prescription will be emailed because our printer is down. I left without any documents about my visit but kept asking for reassurance of my prescription, they consistently confirmed the email was the only way to provide the prescription. Well, they did not send the prescription and after contacting their customer service team, I was told the Vet did not add the prescription to visit summary and I would need to complete another paid visit to get it. I'm very upset and feel like this was done because I didn't buy it from them. Now, I have to spend 200 more dollars to take my dogs to a vet and get another physical to get their medication. This is emotionally and financially draining. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to hold them accountable. I hope that Vet burns in ...
