Forestville Veterinary And Bird Hospital Reviews

Feb 12, 2025 · Tylique SettlesHorrible. Dark and unable to thoroughly exam with no light. Missed diagnosis, don't answer charge their community supporters and do absolutely nothing. My puppies were itching and I was referred here WHY. He couldn't see the bumps so he assumed. I'm pissed and cost more than $200. I'm pissed at the lack of care for our furbabies
Mar 17, 2025 · La WalkerI have got my dogs groomed at this vet 3 times not and every time they have come home with red eyes from what I assume was shampoo or something. Yesterday though, my dog could barely open his left eye when I picked him up from grooming and the vet told me it was from shampoo and gave me a steroid eye drop. Little did we know at the time, his eye had been scratched while under there care and if we did not get a second opinion, the eye drops would have made him lose his eye. Upon confronting the vet with this information, he denied this and claimed my dog scratched his eye after we left even though he had a cone on his head. Not only is the groomer bad, but the vet was negligent, foolish, and a liar and almost cost my dog his eye. IF YOU GO TO THIS VET, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Aug 27, 2024 · Ben WalkerHi.I took my 5mos old puppy here for the first time on March 8, 2021. I'm giving this place four stars because the guy at the front desk acted as if he didn't want to give me his name and here I am about to give him a lot of info on my dog and me. His name is Ty. See Ty I told you I would remember your name although you said that's why you don't bother giving it out.And then there's this thing with the out going voice message and prompts on their phone which needs to be fixed. I did mentioned it to both receptionists, Ty and Tatianna. I haven t called since that day to hear if it has been fixed. None the less , it's very annoying. Test, test, test, test, this is what's being said on there.Anyways, Shadow's exam went well. Dr. Diarra was kind and caring with my furbaby and attentive to my questions as well.Overall the visit was the way you would truly expect a Veterinarian's appointment to go. No real complaints and I hope it stays this way... No Complaints.UPDATE: I've called since this visit and the out going message has not been fixed. I had to go unannounced to talk with them. Not good.
Apr 13, 2021 · SistaI recently took my doggy to get groomed and she did not do what I asked. I asked her to give my dog a trim and she cut off way more than what was expected. I spoke to her about it and in return she had an attitude and was not concerned about having a dissatisfied customer. Was combative and not accommodating at all. 0 starts, not coming back
