★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. T is a wealth of knowledge, exhausting all possible options to get her patients “back on their feet”! Erin is a phenomenal therapist, dedicated not only to her canine patients, but also providing empathy and compassion to her human owners as well!
June 13 · J SMy family and I have trusted Dr. Thompson with our dogs from puppyhood to crossing the rainbow bridge. She genuinely cares and takes a proactive approach, especially with my dog’s severe allergies and ear infections, exploring various treatments. Ms. Thea is an amazing groomer who once noticed my dog shaking his ears and arranged a quick vet check during his bath just in case. The team is also incredibly thoughtful, ensuring my reactive dog, is quickly moved to a room to avoid triggers. I’ve never had a bad visit and am grateful to the Healing Hands team!
March 27 · Erin DavilaI’m very sad to say that this place is not what I thought it was going to be. I actually made my husband take our dogs here because I thought that their reviews were good. It has been nothing but a nightmare to try to get our Luna fixed. First, they said she had some kind of blood disorder or something to that nature. Which we spent a lot of money fixing. Which postponed her being able to be fixed until that was taken care of which we understood. Then we were told that She was finally able to get fixed so we made the appointment. They knew exactly how much she weighed and still set the appointment!!!. When my husband called to check on surgery and ask some additional questions,,(this is the day before the surgery) we were informed that they were no longer going to perform the surgery on her because our Luna now weighed more than 60 pounds (which we informed them how much she weighted) and they just canceled the appointment without letting us know!!! She’s actually at 57 pounds but the point is that they have charged us enormous amounts of money to have her “fixed”in order to be able to get her surgery and nothing is going to be done now. We have gone back to our original vet. The only reason we left him is because he’s a little bit further away. What a big mistake. This whole thing has been and I would highly just avoid this establishment. Something shady going on there. Disconnect with Dr and team.

August 04 · Hair ClubDropped Tilly in early morning for annual exam, vaccinations & grooming. Vet called my cell & gave me a full update on my pup. She was informative, not rushed, open to questions, kind & very nice. My pup, Tilly deserves this degree of care! I love this veterinary service!
