Pet Supermarket Reviews
Obviously they do not take care of their animals 😣😢😢 a dead fish was in the tank and all the animals are crammed in their cages I wouldn’t support this business again. Shop locally for your pets because even a smaller corporation like pet super market doesnt care about the animals they keep there.
May 15, 2025 · Emma RuizVery helpful staff. I'm traveling thru Texas and needed to give my 2 boys a bath. For your basic wash, it's 15 bucks a dog. Comes with shampoo/conditioner and towels. It was worth it for me. I also picked up their food. Now my boys are clean and so fresh again.
Jan 06, 2025 · Kat Jane Thirsty3.5 This place is nice, it has a dog bath station. In my experience, the birds I've bought from here didn't have too much trauma, they were easy to train into handling. However, that could be because of their sourced breeder. This was in 2020 tho!! Their food section for birds is fine, but if you want quality pellets, go online. Their perch selection needs some work, and the bird toy section is alright as well. Lots of colored toys though. The employees are always nice, so I've never really had a bad experience here.
Mar 27, 2025 · Gracie MoncibaisI had an issue with a same-day delivery order placed online, where the DoorDash driver only delivered part of my items. When I called the store, Kendall, the manager, was incredibly apologetic and offered multiple solutions to make things right. Since the delivery driver wasn't returning to the store to pick up the rest of my order, Kendall generously offered to deliver it himself. I was honestly surprised by the offer and felt it was above and beyond—but he insisted it was no trouble. He personally brought the rest of my order that same afternoon. I was blown away by the exceptional customer service. Kendall truly went the extra mile, and thanks to him, this store has earned a loyal customer for life. Thank you, Kendall!
May 19, 2025 · Monica HernandezStopped in today for some dog shampoo. The store was very dirty. Looked like the floors haven't been swept or mopped in months. Also they have a beautiful orange cat and her kitten near the front door up for adoption. It really made me sad to see their litter box was filthy. Full of waste! They are not taking care of their animals. Unacceptable! I brought it to the attention of a staff member. Hopefully they clean it out today. I left with a sick feeling. Like watching an SPCA commercial of abused animals.
