Multiple Wash Station Types: Pet Wash 24 features both elevated tubs and larger shower stalls. The elevated tubs are ideal for small-to-medium breeds, while the shower stalls are designed to accommodate larger dogs or older pets who may have difficulty climbing a ramp, ensuring suitability for various sizes and needs.
Integrated Washing Products: Each station is equipped with a hose nozzle that dispenses a variety of essential washing products, including different types of shampoo (e.g., oat, tearless, de-skunking, flea & tick) and conditioner. Some stations may also offer higher-end products like CBD-infused shampoos for anxious pets.
Drying Facilities: The stations include blow dryers to help dry your pet post-wash. While the power of these dryers may vary, they are provided as part of the self-service setup. A high-speed drying station and a complimentary vacuum for excess fur are also available.
Infrared Therapy Center: A unique offering, the infrared therapy center utilizes infrared rays to help soothe pets' joints, coats, and skin. This therapy is also believed to help replace Vitamin D, which is often deficient in indoor pets, adding a wellness dimension to the wash experience.
Flexible Payment Options: The wash stations accept various payment methods, including cash, tokens, and credit cards, making it easy to start a wash session.
Vending Machines: For added convenience, the facility features vending machines with various pet products, which are frequently changed out.

This thoughtful design ensures that pets of virtually any size, breed, or age can be comfortably washed, catering to the diverse pet population in North Carolina.
Infrared Therapy Center: A truly unique offering, the infrared therapy center provides a relaxing post-wash experience. The infrared rays are promoted for their benefits in soothing joints, coats, and skin, and even replacing Vitamin D, which is often a concern for indoor pets. This wellness-focused feature adds significant value beyond just cleaning.
Comprehensive Washing Solutions Included: Each station is equipped with professional-grade pet grooming products, including specialty shampoos (oatmeal, tearless, flea & tick, de-skunking) and conditioners. This means North Carolina pet owners don't need to bring their own supplies, simplifying the entire washing process.
Support for Disabled American Veterans: Pet Wash 24 proudly highlights its support for Disabled American Veterans and American Heroes. While specific programs might need further inquiry, this commitment to a noble cause adds a community-focused dimension to the business.
Automated and User-Friendly System: The facility operates like a laundromat, with an automatic attendant and lights that come on upon entry, guiding users through the process. This design allows for self-sufficiency, giving users control over their pet's wash, and keeping fees economical due to no on-site staff.

Pet Wash 24 Reviews
I recently visited Pet Wash, and while the facility was as advertised, my experience was frustrating. As a professional dog groomer, I found the blow dryer at my station to be extremely weak—not at all what I would expect from a place that claims to be a pet wash. Drying took way too long, and unfortunately, there was no staff available to help or allow me to switch stations to try another dryer. Since the system kept charging my card, I was stuck using the weak dryer with no way to adjust. In the end, I had to leave with my standard poodle still half-dried and finish the job at home, which completely defeated the purpose of coming here. While the place itself is decent, the lack of strong equipment and customer support made the experience disappointing. If they improve their dryers and have someone available to assist customers, it would be a much better service.
Mar 06, 2025 · Evelyn CabanchikThe facilities are nice but people don’t always clean up after themselves. That’s not the fault of the owner who I know works hard to keep the facility nice. Just clean up before you leave people! Otherwise it’s nice to not have to wash our sweet girl at home!
Apr 19, 2025 · Austin WoodsThis place is the best! It was our first time here, or at any place like this truthfully. Everything was so easy to figure out. Very convenient walk-up ramp into the tub for the dogs. I love all the options for the bath, especially the oatmeal bath. The water was warm and the dryer was the perfect heat setting. Very decent pricing. Very easy clean-up with everything needed- squeegee, bag for cleaning up hair out of the sink, and a vacuum. Seriously, I can't say enough good things. We were so happy and so were our 2 Labs.
Jan 17, 2021 · Michelle W.My Great Dane, and absolutely loved this place and the owner. He was very hospitable And helpful. This place is very clean and very accessible. The stall was perfect size for my baby, and it was an ease to dry him in the infrared station. Thank you so so much!
Jan 20, 2024 · S LI was charged 2X for just 1 wash, I was not aware of the operations of this unit. I spoke to the person-in-charge she said I will only be charged once. Please refund me the 2nd wash. I only washed my pet once. I think this place is too pricy. $20 dollars for a wash. Other places in the area are only charging $10-$13 dollars. They advertise as only $10 dollars but when you use a credit card, it's minimum $20 dollars charge, which I find not cost effective at all. In addition, why not mention it as $10 for cash and $20 for credit card upfront. Still couldn't figure out why such a huge discrepancies between cash and credit. I believe $13 dollars is reasonable. There is no towels, nothing to dry your pet. Extremely disappointed.
