The Pet Zone Reviews
Recently stopped by this store since we were in the area. It was well maintained, the animals looked healthy and in appropriate habitats, and all of the workers and owner were extremely helpful and nice! You don't always see that in pet stores so it was really great to see! Also spoke with the owner about a fish tank set up and he was very knowledgeable! Picked up quite a few items for our chinchillas and clama for our puffer, very happy with everything we got! Thanks for your help!
Mar 29, 2025 · Jenna DolewaI don’t know what I can say about this place. First time I went there, I just needed some cat treats and rat food for my furry kids. Little did I know, they have a whole reptile cave where you can hold snakes and random events with amazing animals like baby kangaroos! I got my beautiful rats there!
Jun 05, 2025 · Centaurus Holdings, Inc.Very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions about keeping fish on an outdoor pond and cate for the pond environment. Great customer service as well. While, of course, sales are important for the success of any business, the entire staff was focused on assisting me rather than "closing a sale" or getting me to purchase anything. Truly customer focused and a great small business.
May 19, 2025 · Edward KowalczykOne of our favorite places. The workers are very nice and knowledgeable. We took 3 snakes there to be popped to find out their sexes. They explained the process thoroughly, and showed us which was which, to make sure we knew the difference. We have bought frozen feeders here, and their price is awesome for our needs!
Mar 29, 2025 · Samantha DotySo impressed with this store. It's warm when you walk in, which is perfect for the animals. I appreciate that they deal with the heat for the sake of their animals. Every animal seems well taken care of and they have such a vast selection. We will definitely visit again!
