★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr Meyers is fabulous. My boy, Pirate, was off. Not eating eagerly like usual and not out and about. He's diagnosed with heart issues and we've got a plan. Doc is informative, kind and knowledgeable. A++ for feline care.
August 28 · Nadine PyneThe staff is so sweet and friendly! They covered all of my concerns with my min pin and it was all reasonably priced as well. For all the shots, exam, nail clipping and three month supply of simparica, it was $248. I’d recommend this vet 💜
August 12 · Samantha DickersonI've never been overly impressed with Ace, having been to other places in the past but they are close and my pets are healthy so for routine care it was alright. The receptionist is rude, however, and I won't be returning. This is the second time she has been argumentative on the phone. I manage clinics across metro Detroit...have had to deal with all sorts of personalities, diffuse conflict and find solutions. I am the easiest person to get along with and extremely understanding... but no one deserves to be made to feel badly when they are trying to schedule medical care for their beloved pets.
August 09 · Marie HFrom our our family's experience using this clinic used to be wonderful many years ago however are most recent experiences have not been so so good,Our family cat was very ill had X-rays done at an emergency vet as well as their as well as blood work we were working on a very limited budget due to only having 2500 left on our Care credit our cat had lung cancer come to find out will actually never did find out whether that was the case but since the antibiotics did nothing to help the cat's illness the assumption/diagnosis after several weeks of antibiotics with no improvement we took our cat in unfortunately with very mixed feelings to euthanize he unfortunately passed away from sedation however we were still charged for euthanasia services which I found to be kind of unfair asked why we were billed for that I used the word killed I thought this was America and I still had freedom of speech apparently unfortunately the receptionist did not feel the same as she chewed into me raised her voice and told me they don't kill their and unfortunately it was a poor choice of words however when you're already distraught upset that you lost your family pet I don't believe being spoken to that way is professional or ethical and that's the same way I feel about being billed for euthanasia when my cat died from sedation so I called around a few places other veterinarian offices as well as the Michigan humane society and they agreed with me and said that they do not charge their clients if their animal passes from sedation which then I was informed to contact the department of agriculture & I did. To be honest I will never come back parking lot is full from the minute they open to the minute they close looks like a Money grab to me very disappointed in the whole outcome very hard to find a good veterinarian office also waited for the veterinarian to contact me back about the billing never contacted me back also my cats remains came in that morning I had to call to see if they were there one week later and they told me they were very busy that day so they didn't get around to calling me so I could pick up his remains no one should have to call to see if there animal been there sitting on the counter all day instead of in my home where he belongs not to mention it was an hour before closing that I called them very unprofessional veterinarian Travis she was very polite she seemed to be a good vet however office staff could use some work and unethical billing things could have been used differently and done differently but like I said I feel like it's more of a Money grab these days so after two veterinarian offices and $1,000 later didn't even get a diagnosis to the reason why my beloved cat and daughters beloved animal and best friend was even sick that is just sad no one should have to not know why they're animals sick after spending $1,000 trying to find out why and then have it cremated and sit on the counter all day and then to be talked to the way I was by the receptionist was just extremely unprofessional and uncalled for no one is going to limit my freedom of speech I did not speak badly to them I was just wanting to know about the billing and why I would be charged for something that was not done instead of explaining that it is procedure to do that whether the animal passes from sedation or not would have been understood if they had explained that unfortunately it took the humane society to tell me that is procedure like I said I will never return there again don't ever get a single penny from us again and we have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars in that facility throughout the past 20 years on and off between myself my mother and my father and my sister all had animals that went there not regularly but enough to line their pockets the vet like I said was extremely kind and nice but the office staff needs some work as well as more transparent communication in relation to why or what is going on when someone asks simple billing question and uses word someone doesn't like doesn't give you the right to speak that way
August 04 · nick heltonHave been taking my two cats here since November 2024 and this vet clinic is absolutely awesome!! Dr. Meyers and all of the vet techs are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. After Katie bringing home coccidia/tapeworms/girardia AND breaking her leg, I just wanted to express how diligently they have worked with me to resolve each issue. Bremsley, Katie, and I are very grateful for Ace Animal Clinic!!
