★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I took my 18 month old dog here she was really sick. They were able to get her in right away to be seen and they were very helpful with their options of treatment. The pay was $150 for exam, testing and fluids.at least Half of what I was quoted by others. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be bringing my pets back here in the future. Highly recommend.
August 17 · Brandon BarnettI have a big pit bull. A lot of vets are scared of him and not good with him. The vet is amazing and does high quality work. I would recommend him from ear cleanings to life saving surgery. We recently went to another vet (since this place was closed). They had poor quality xrays and did not provide a proper diagnosis, they even indicated going the other way. This vet let us be involved when needed. He said he wants to provide good news, not just to give surgery. I trust him fully. He saved my dogs life.
August 22 · Madeline ThomasIf I could give zero stars, I would. Please do not bring your pets here. Our cat had a medical emergency, so we rushed her to this hospital on Sunday morning. What we experienced was not only unprofessional, but unsafe. The veterinarian never examined our cat yet immediately criticized the treatment plan we had established with her primary vet. He repeatedly told us we were “bad cat parents” and insisted on injecting her with substances he never properly explained. When we refused and chose to leave, he defensively asked us what he had “done wrong” instead of addressing our cat’s care. The staff and facility were equally concerning. In the lobby, loud music was playing, and one nurse was vaping indoors. Another nurse openly argued with us about our cat’s medication plan. The entire hospital was filthy—dirty floors, questionable IV bags with needles hanging in our room, and a general lack of sanitation that made us worry for our cat’s safety. I honestly expected to see pests at any moment.Beyond the conditions, the lack of professionalism was staggering. The vet consistently misgendered our female calico (despite the rarity of male calicos being common veterinary knowledge), which did not inspire confidence in his credibility. The nurses themselves seemed confused about basic terminology and procedures.Thankfully, we were able to see our cat’s primary vet the next morning, who confirmed she was doing much better. I shudder to think what could have happened if we had allowed this facility to treat her.Between the rude, dismissive behavior, the unsafe and unsanitary conditions, and the complete lack of compassion, I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. Pets deserve care from professionals who love animals and treat owners with respect—sadly, this facility provided neither.
August 18 · annienottheorphanWas fortunate enough to find this doctor during an emergency situation for my dogs. I cannot stress enough how important it is to find the right doctor for your beloved animals. My dog had caught something very dangerous and this doctor saw us on a Sunday and continued treatment in his office over the next few days. My dog is doing very well now, cost was even cheaper then the vet I was taking him to for years. Staff was also friendly and reassuring. You can trust your animals will be treated and cared for properly here. Grateful to have found you guys. Keep up your amazing work. Now all my three dogs 🐕 are going there , I don't have to worry about where to take them anymore on of days of the week, and I was able to call the doctor and talk to him after hours what a relief that is . Thank you 🙏 for saving my dog's life.
January 15 · nehmat aliDo not bring any animal you care about to this place. We brought our cat in for constipation. She seemed like she was in pain at home, and we hadn’t seen that before. She seemed fine again by the time the “doctor” showed up. The on-call veterinarian we saw was incredibly unprofessional. Without even performing an exam, he dismissed our cat’s established treatment plan from her regular vet and tried to make us feel like we were doing the wrong thing for her. He repeatedly referred to our calico cat as he—which was alarming, since any competent veterinarian knows male calicos are extraordinarily rare.We also noticed disturbing practices in the clinic itself:• A nurse vaping in the lobby• IV drips left in place between patients, with no clarity on whether needles were replaced• The facility in visible disrepairUltimately, we refused treatment, paid the $65 on-call fee, and left. We took her to her normal vet this morning and she is doing great now. As we expected, she was just constipated, and some fluids and Vaseline helped her pass the stool. I fear what would have happened if we allowed this place to do anything to our girl.Strongly recommend avoiding this clinic.
