I had a terrible experience at this place. They charged me almost $600 for a 15-minute visit, during which they barely did anything for my dog. Despite my concerns, they refused to apply ear drops to my dogs infected ear and were incredibly unprofessional when I questioned the effectiveness of the prescribed medication, even going so far as to say, “You’re not a scientist.”A vet should be compassionate, knowledgeable, and willing to address concerns—not dismissive and rude. On top of that, the cost was outrageous for the lack of actual care provided. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who wants a vet that genuinely listens and prioritizes their pet’s well-being 🎤 - Mark
