August 04 · Amanda SatterleeI brought my dog to the Animal Emergency Center after he developed serious post-surgical complications following a mast cell tumor removal. He was in severe pain, with a swollen, bruised abdomen and active internal bleeding that was continuously draining. When I called the center, the staff immediately asked me to send photos so the veterinarian could assess the situation. Shortly after, I was advised to bring him in—and it’s the best decision I could have made.My dog was hospitalized for three days, during which he received IV fluids, pain medication, and antibiotics. His bleeding was closely monitored, and the level of care he received was outstanding. From the doctors to the front desk team, everyone was incredibly compassionate and professional. I received regular updates and was able to visit him while he was there, which made a difficult time a bit more bearable. Thanks to their swift and thorough care, my dog showed significant improvement, and I truly believe he wouldn’t have made it if I hadn’t brought him to this facility. I’m deeply grateful to the entire team for taking such excellent care of him.
June 24 · 1llaryssaMy cat could not pee and was straining to pee late at night Monday. He was meowling angrily and low. Something was wrong. I called a few clinics and decided on this place. After a nervous 2.5 days, my boy is home and doing well. He is 5 years old and pretty healthy. So he had a urinary block, and was going to die without emergency care. I am lucky and grateful he had a good outcome. It was VERY expensive. They gave him surgery and removed the block in his bladder cause he couldn’t pee, and the catheter wouldn’t work either cause it was blocking it. It ended up being blood clots w grit in it. Please please please if you don’t have cat insurance and your cat doesn’t have any health issues now, get it!!! Your future self and future wallet will thank you.I paid just under $6k. You can probably find somewhere that’ll do it for less and still be quality. But I was pressed for time and new to the area.Overall the front desk and receptionist was communicative and kind. I called 1-2 times a day asking for updates. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service. The explanations for what was happening in realtime kept me updated. The only issue I have is that they sent me with only 4 cans of wet food and a huge bag of dry. I think they could’ve sent me some more wet food… like 4 cans? But grateful for the staff and of course just grateful my boy has gotten a longer and healthier, God willing, lease on life.
April 24 · KimI cannot say enough how positive our experience was. No one wants a sick pet and the whole situation is so stressful. But from the moment we drove up, the receptionist was warm, quick, and upfront about wait times. The vet assistant was so kind and patient with us, and the veterinarian was so empathetic, clear, and kind. Unfortunately we received a grave diagnosis for our pup and needed a moment to take it all in and we were met with compassion and kindness and understanding. 100% recommend if you need after hour or emergency care for your pet to bring them here.
July 21 · Monica BartoliThis is my new favorite emergency place for my pet! Even though the outcome I had by having my kitty euthanized due to a urinary obstruction (nothing of their doing) they were so understanding and showed much sympathy towards my family and our fur baby. I had 3 little kids with with me and they offered snacks, waters, and the receptionist also sat in the room with my kiddos so I can be in with my cat during the whole process. Even went above and beyond on figuring out how to get our fur baby to car so we can bury him at home without kids knowing a thing. Very friendly people and highly suggest
