Animal Eye Institute of Dayton Reviews
The front desk staff are very sweet and helpful. They walked us through the whole process. There was no wait time, they took us directly back for the exam. The doc came right in and was very knowledgeable and I could really see her love for what she does. I left the office feeling so much more positive about my pups condition.
Apr 17, 2025 · Jessica EarlesMy dog had his right eye removed previously and his left eye started having the same problems. My veterinarian recommended the Eye Institute and I have to say that I am more than impressed. I had a panic moment with his eye and they got me in the same day and relieved my fears. He had a diamond burr keratotomy today and they are very hopeful this will solve his problem. We had tried the cotton tip debrided procedure previously and unfortunately that didn’t work. I’m grateful we tried the lesser procedure first. They are so professional and personable. They understand my need to save his eye. They are very affordable and worth every penny. I’m hoping in 2 weeks my boy is all better. Thank you so much!!!
May 29, 2025 · Deb FoutI really wasn't happy about the thought of having to visit this office, but that was because the appointment was due to my dog rapidly going blind from diabetic cataracts.* the appointment actually started early rather than the typical late when visiting doctors/vets* all of the staff was very friendly* everything that was done was clearly explained* this vet is able to perform cataract surgery at their office* the procedure was explained in simple terms but they explained everything from start to finish* they did a good job of making this horrible situation seem not quite as bad and we left feeling like we were on our way to providing our little girl her sight again
Jul 03, 2025 · Kevin BaileyI am so happy that we have an animal eye clinic in Dayton! I love having a specialist right here in our area. Every person I came in contact with was polite, professional, and caring. They explained every test and why it was needed. I felt I had complete information every step of the way. I was relieved to find out it wasn’t a terrible eye problem and that we could monitor it with medications at home. This facility is the best and I will bring my dogs here in the future when they have eye troubles (which will probably be often because we have pugs🤣)!
Jun 05, 2025 · Melody McCallisterI could have not asked for better care for my Pembroke Corgi, Tegan. Although the diagnosis was not what any one would want, the veterinarian and the vet intern and the vet tech, Isabela, and even the receptionist, were all so great informing me of Tegan's condition and putting me at ease. Tegan, though completely blind, can still live a good life. We all will learn to adapt. Thank you all
