★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I was recommended this clinic by my groomer who my dog LOVES, but unfortunately they do not live up to her recommendation. When calling you immediately get put on hold and most of the staff (not all) provide unfriendly customer service in person and on the phone. I pray my dog recieved special care and love, but it is difficult to know who the Dr. or staff is or who performed the procedure. Wait times for appointments are too far out and was offered no explanation as to why. Based on my interactions in person and over the phone I cannot recommend this clinic. August 20 · Megan Grum
- I initially really liked them when I first started bringing my dogs in, you could tell everyone cared about all the pets coming in, I drove about 45-1 hour to go to him, but this last time I was very disappointed in it. I brought my 12 year old pittie in for a check up just to make sure she wasn’t in pain and check out the lumps I was concerned about. They checked her ears, and mouth and just looked at her and said she looks pretty healthy for her age, and said he didn’t see any lumps, she’s doing good. Well I just had a gut feeling that wasn’t right, so brought her to another local vet for a second opinion and the vet right away said she could notice the lumps I was talking about, got a biopsy of the one on her head and she has a brain tumor. Thankfully I got the second opinion because I never would have known.Again I was just very disappointed in the office and lack of a check up and won’t be going back. June 26 · Kelly Hanser

- Its taken me a second to really think about everything. I might be writing this in pain again, i dont know. We brought my best friend in to get him checked out as he was old and frail and we were so worried. We were reassured that he would be fine, just nearing the end. They recommended antibiotics for him to help ease any discomfort. We left and within 2 mins of driving home he started acting strange and died right as we pulled back into the parking lot. I wanted to know what happened and was obviously distressed but in no way angry, but i was instead cornered into the windows by two women and told i had to calm down, they kept trying to force me to sit. They also couldnt give me an explaination. They waved the cremation fee but it almost feels like the absolute least they could do. My best friend is dead and he would probably be dying with us in peace if we hadnt brought him in to see you. This trauma will last for a long time. June 24 · seaglitter 99
