★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I want to thank these people from the bottom of my heart. For 5 yrs they help my dog out. Some people fear the vet putting cost over health, they weed so reasonable. Service was always top notch! I lost my reason to go there, but I encourage others to do so.
August 06 · Edward LightkepI was so frightened to have my Baby Katie spayed. She is a 2 year old French Bulldog whom I rescued. She is the love of my life! Dr. Taylor is absolutely wonderful she and her team are the best. They were all so very kind and supportive of my concerns. From this moment forward Dr. Taylor and her Team will always be my babies Doctor. I absolutely love her and her team.
April 23 · Bobbie Jo IngramOUR DOG DIED 24HRS AFTER HIS ‘SAFE’ PROCEDURE. THE WAY THEY HANDLED IT WAS COMPLETELYUNACCEPTABLE.For context, the vet didn’t advise of any risks, assured us that he would be fine and that he without question would perform the procedure on his own dog. 24 hours later, our family dog was gone. What really hurts is how they handled this. When my father called to tell them, the practice manager Chrissy left him on hold. Grieving, he hung up — and they never called back. Instead, CHRISSY CLOCKED OUT AND WENT HOMEWhen I later called to follow up, the receptionist simply stated that when Chrissy finally got to the phone, my father had already hung up — as if that excused not calling him back. Does anyone honestly think that a grieving pet owner should be expected to sit on hold after losing their dog less than a day after a “safe” procedure? It wasn’t until after I called and complained we got a call from the doctor. To add insult to injury. The next day after losing our dog, we get a call from Animal Medical Center of Brooksville, they asked if we were bringing our other dog for his appointment, as if our poodles passing never happened. We have been loyal clients here for years, trusting them with the lives of our pets. The lack of compassion, urgency, and basic empathy shown during one of the most painful moments our family has ever experienced is something we will never forget. This facility has proven they do not truly care about you or your animals. I would never recommend taking a pet here for any procedure.
August 14 · Martha SerranoDr. Marks, Dr.Taylor, and Dr. DesChamps have cared for several of our seniors and one young dog. We have confidence in all three. Their care is appropriate and proactive. They, along with their staff, are compassionate and provide the necessary education. Prices are very reasonable. We appreciate their partnership in helping us provide the best care for our dogs.
