Also thank you to the kind vet tech, Grace for helping out as well and the very kind and helpful front desk clerk, Misty! All of them are so helpful and have compassion for others and animals, I highly recommend this Vet clinic!

5 Stars for the Clinic – But the Call Center Deserves a Negative 10This Vetco location has always been a pleasure to visit. I have a very anxious dog who is easily triggered by other dogs, and the in-clinic team always goes above and beyond to accommodate us. They’ve worked with my unpredictable work schedule, stayed patient, and treated my dog with genuine kindness and care. Their compassion makes an otherwise stressful situation so much easier. The veterinarians here are thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly caring. They take the time to explain everything clearly and always make sure my dog receives the proper care. I couldn’t be more grateful for the clinic staff.That said, the call center is an absolute nightmare.If I were rating the call center alone, I’d give it negative ten stars. I almost never returned to Vetco because of how chaotic and frustrating the call center made things — which is completely unfair to the amazing clinic team.The phone connection is often poor, and while I completely respect language barriers, the issue becomes unacceptable when it leads to repeated mistakes in scheduling. On two separate occasions, the call center booked me for the wrong type of appointment — despite me clearly stating multiple times that my dog needs a sedated nail trim. Both times, I was turned away upon arrival and asked to reschedule.This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience. I had to rearrange my work schedule, lost income, and endured the stress of getting my extremely anxious dog out of the house — all for nothing. The second time, I even explained that I’d previously been misbooked and asked the representative three separate times to confirm we were scheduled with a doctor who could provide sedation. They still got it wrong.None of this is the clinic’s fault, and I hold no frustration toward them — but it’s incredibly disheartening to have such a great team undermined by an unreliable and poorly trained call center.To Vetco: please address this. Your clinic staff is phenomenal, and they deserve better support. So do your clients.

Amazing location, staff tech and Dr! Misty was great getting my family and fur baby checked in! Jacqueline the tech was informative and helpful! Oh and did I mention so sweet, kind and gentle with the baby! Dr. Morris ensured we got the best medication for our baby and provided an extremely thorough exam! Great place, people and low cost options as well as ways to save now and for future visits!

First of all, Jacqueline is awesome. Personable, professional and on this day seemed to have her hands full BUT amazing nonetheless. First time meeting Dr. Rubin. Very informative and helpful with my dogs treatment plan. The best visit at this location to date. If I could give 6 stars I would. Highly recommend this Vetco and keep up the great work!
