Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
My puppy had been going to Banfield for the last 10 years out of his 14 year life. The team here has always made us feel like family. Unfortunately yesterday, it was time to let our buddy run, without pain, across the rainbow bridge. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and your heartfelt words through one of the hardest times I have ever faced.Love,Jager's Family
Jun 09, 2025 · RyanI absolutely love bringing my pups here & have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff. My dog, Apollo, can be people reactive & sometimes has a hard time making friends but Staci handles him with so much compassion & patience. I appreciate you so much, Staci!!
Jun 18, 2025 · Mikayla HaglundMy dog swallowed a foreign object. Banfield did X-ray but they could not confirm foreign object. So, they wanted to wait until the next day. This was fine. However, while checking out that evening, I specifically asked them to send me the records/x-ray in case I had to take my dog to emergency that night. They said they would. That night, my dog's condition got worse, and I had to take him to ER. But I never received the requested records from Banfield and they were closed until the next morning. So, we had to take X-ray all over again. What a waste of time and money!
Mar 26, 2025 · Siva VenkadeshWe love Banfield and especially the staff at this location. We are always greeted by name, and both of the vets here have done a great job with one of my cats who isn’t very friendly. I appreciate that so much considering my old vet would not physically examine him. They are kind and patient with the animals. Also, you can almost always get in for a drop off appointment if one of your pets is sick. That is a huge relief. We switched to Banfield a little over a year ago, after our former vet quoted $1200 for a teeth cleaning for one of our cats, and about $900 for spaying our dog. With the mid tier plan, dental cleaning is included—a huge financial relief for us since one of our cats has bad teeth. We also were able to add the spay on to our plan in order to break up the cost, which was great! Some other reviews aren’t happy with the pricing, but I find they are always clear about it and do not overcharge compared to other local vets. When there was a miscommunication, the clinic and corporate worked with us to correct the situation, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this location. Freyja gives them two paws up!
Jun 16, 2023 · Christie McKernanDr Alcorn was wonderful with Boss. Sat down on the floor with him and made him super calm immediately. We explored different protocols to work with my budget and she nailed it! He's doing so much better already. Becca the tech was amazing. She went above and beyond to help us and I'm really impressed with our first visit. This is our new pet hospital and I'm so happy I found them. Thank you Banfield!
