★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Without a doubt the best choice I’ve made was switching my dogs to Pinnacle. The quality of care is unmatched. The staff is welcoming and answers all of your questions thoroughly and without judgement. I will continue to recommend this practice to anyone who asks!
November 15 · Katie RovtarI cannot recommend Dr. Z enough for spay surgeries! My 6 month old Golden doodle Lily had a spay, hernia repair, and a deciduous teeth removal (9 extra baby teeth) all in one day, and Dr. Z walked me through every step of the process, even consoling me when I freaked out a few days before. Everyone on the team loves Lily (some even call her “baby shark”), and although the services are a little more expensive, they are offering you excellent care. Lily was fully healed from her surgery in two weeks, and now she is back to jumping around! This college girl and her dog love the Pinnacle team!
May 07 · Abby VanderwieleI can’t say enough good things about this place and the staff there. My elderly dog had injured his knee and we had taken him to a different facility at first, they gave us some meds and told us to try those to see if it improves. During his recheck he wasn’t much better so they suggested X-rays. My husband was nervous about sedating him for the X-rays because of his age so we decided to get a second opinion. We did some research on orthopedic vets and found Dr. Ziegler, he was able to tell us right away that it was a ligament tear and our dog needed surgery. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on and about the surgery our dog needed. The surgery was done at a different facility and everything went well. We brought him home on Tuesday, Wednesday night he was really swollen and his leg was starting to look really red and we were a bit concerned. We called the facility where he had his surgery and they told us to send some pictures and someone would look at them and get back to us. Long story short no one ever did and the redness and swelling just kept getting worse. On Friday Jessie from Pinnacle called to check in after surgery. I shared my concerns with her and the frustrations that I had with the other facility. She was able to answer all my questions and got me in with a vet at Pinnacle Friday afternoon. We saw Dr. Worl and she was wonderful and really took the time to look at our dog and answer my questions and give me some reassurance.
September 16 · Chelsea TharpAfter having the same trusted vet in Georgia for 20 years, I was most concerned with finding a vet for my fur babies here in SC.I believe I have found our new perfect fit vet in Dr. Worl! Truth be told, we had several vets due to varying circumstances. All were good but I didn't have the warm fuzzies until Dr. Worl. She is attentive, caring, thorough and makes me feel my pets are her most important patients. She has showed me X-rays and explained the situation so that I could understand next steps and, the breakdown of costs. In addition, her staff has been phenomenal with patient and attentive follow up. They make me feel valued every time I go in. Special call out to Jessie - her follow up, explanations and assistance have been exceptional.Thumbs up to Pinnacle Veterinary!
May 17 · Amy AndersonI usually never leave reviews but I could not, not leave a review! I brought my new puppy here and was absolutely blown away at how nice and helpful everyone was!! I had my 2 year old with me and they gave her something to color and some snacks while we waited! The vet was so nice and patient with my puppy even though he kept biting at his face (playfully). He was also so amazing with my daughter! I’ve been to a few vets but I will definitely be sticking with this one!! I 100% recommend!! (They also gave my puppy a little toy 🥺)
