Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
Great staff here. They treat my baby Benji really well. They take his care very seriously because they always call to ensure that I schedule his appointments. Also, the nurse always calls and checks on him after he has a procedure done. So sweet!
Jun 20, 2025 · melTotally a rip off received a message about heart worm prevention and fleas totally seemed scammed, I didn’t ask for receiving medication at this cost and one time. First visit as a puppy was totally useless did nothing, that’s why it’s free. Scammers totally ridiculous. Not worth my time and effort if they aren’t treating my pet the way they should. 0 stars trust me I’m country no filter stop letting them rip you off.
Jun 25, 2025 · Bonnie RobinsonThis is the 2nd time I have taken one of our cats to this specific location. I very much enjoy the fact the staff is friendly, informative and do not try to push you to spend money on things that are not necessary. The vet gave me her honest opinion.
May 16, 2025 · Gwendolyn JacobsonWe have been with Banfield for about 15 years. Liz at the front desk is awesome. My only complaint is when my dog Henry had to be put to sleep, we had just renewed the yearly contract. I had to pay for the rest of the year even though My dog had passed away.
May 04, 2025 · Brian ConlonI'm sure the staff here care a lot for animals, but our experience left us feeling like they care more about upselling extras than they do for your pet. Our dog who has never had issues with a vet HATES this place. Save you and your pet the hassle and go to the North side location instead. The extra 15 minute drive is well worth it. (There is a reason this location always has more availability than the North side).
