★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I can’t say enough great things about the team at Banfield Pet Hospital! They are always so gentle with my dog, Bella, and make sure she feels comfortable during every visit. The staff is also incredibly informative, taking the time to answer all my questions and provide the best care possible. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!
March 07 · Shonquarius McLendonI had a mixed experience at this location. The staff, including the receptionist and nurse Chanel, were fantastic—professional, kind, and very helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Adil was not as positive.I brought my dog in because he had eaten part of his tennis ball. The doctor presented several treatment options, but he didn't seem confident about any of them, and he mentioned that it would cost over $4,000 to remove the ball surgically. Surgery wasn’t my first choice, and because he wasn’t clear or sure about the situation, I chose to explore other options. However, I was upset to later find that in my dog's report, the doctor stated that I "declined care due to financial constraints." This felt offensive and, frankly, it seemed racially motivated. I am more than capable of affording treatment for my pet, and I feel that this false claim misrepresented my decision. Additionally, I attempted to schedule the surgery with him multiple times, but he kept telling me he was booked for the next 2-3 days. If money were truly an issue, why would I keep reaching out to schedule care?It was extremely unprofessional for the doctor to make such an inaccurate claim in my dog’s health record. Regardless of my decision, what does it have to do with my pet’s care?Sadly, I will not be returning to this location after this experience.
March 25 · KarlaVisiting Banfield Pet hospital with my cat was a very good experience. The staff was courteous and efficient...they checked me in right away. The vet and tech were so gentle with my pet. The check up went well and everything was explained to me in detail. We will definitely be back again.
June 18 · Phil ScottCame home to find my 6 month old pit throwing up it was 445 pm I called his vet and they couldn’t see him but told me to the Tucker location . Angela answer the phone. I explained to her the situation and she was like the problem with seeing him is it’s already almost 5 pm and since you waited all day to call the vet. I stopped her right there and explained that I had just got home from work and found my pup sick. No one waited all day. I asked her if there was a way she could just take a look at him and she said not till tomorrow and hung up on me. This is an extremely scary situation, instead of offering an encouraging word or a suggestion on where I could take him, she simply hung the phone up… dismissing us. Very disappointing . Being kind doesn’t cost a thing , it only takes a second to help someone with a word of advice but instead she choose to show her true colors . Not sure why she is working in this field . She is definitely not Banfield material.
July 21 · Regina FreeI took my 2 French Bulldogs in yesterday and let me tell you, the experience was incredible. The 2 young ladies at the front desk were extremely pleasant and I want to give a special shout out to Courtney for being so awesome. He was very informative and helpful... plus my furbabies loved him. Thanks for restoring my faith in Banfield because our experience at another location was so terrible. Please keep up the outstanding work!
