★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Ok so I truly do not try and be so sensitive about things, but let’s start. Did appreciate getting an appointment for my fur baby on the same day because his regular vet was not open. Walked in, not very welcoming and really seemed off putting, but I shook it off because my baby was sick. Got to the back with Stacy sweet, professional, informative and competent. Then the Vet came in, just as professional and welcoming, professional and informative. Had such a great experience spoke with them about having as a secondary vet for emergencies. Go to check out, the receptionist that checked me in (no smile or greeting) act like she did not want to check me out, my baby peed so I got cleaner to clean it up and then sanitized my hands she still did not acknowledge me to check me out, the receptionist next to her not as welcoming either but did process my checkout. I spent $314 dollars for an ear cleaning, medication and ear infection Dx. (That is another conversation. Dexter &Evie would never charge that much). What I do expect is a bit of courtesy, a welcome environment when entering and leaving. Your reception area is the front line and a clients initial experience. Need to work on customer service in the front.
March 15 · Tamani Love MolettI’ve have always recommended this location and always will. I have 2 cats both don’t enjoy many people, but anytime we bring them in we hear nothing but great things about how they acted with the staff. This is one of the few places where I bring my cats in and they leave more relaxed then when they got there. They always listen and genuinely care about any problems I have with my cats, they do a great job at being efficient while still caring about how your pet feels. We have a favorite nurse here who makes us feel so welcome and cared for, I will forever bring my pets here. Thank you for making us not just feel like business ❤️
March 13 · Leila StevensDr. McFee is awesome! She and her team made me and my dog Bailey feel really comfortable. She explained everything I needed to know about my pet’s care. I left feeling reassured. Thank you!
July 13 · Erika LamberthI have been with Banfield for about about six years, and have never been dissatisfied with the care given. They are very sympathetic when our golden retriever had passed away and now we have a new husky and they take very good care of her and not to mention my daughter‘s cats as well. Highly recommend this place. I take my animals to Banfield located on Lesgue City Boulevard.
April 30 · John MaldonadoSuch convenience! Able to get in even the next day. They remind you of all your vaccines and u can get your flea/heartworm medicine at a good price added to your plan. I have my 2 dogs and cat on their annual plan without breaking the bank. They REALLY care so much for your animals. Everyone there very friendly. The vets and vet techs are very passionate and knowledgeable about animals. Im a caregiver myself, it's not just a job, it's a calling.
