Cascade Heights Veterinary Center Reviews
I have a Pomchi who has been coming here for the last 2 years. They are great at answering your questions/concerns. I feel my pup is getting excellent care.
Jul 22, 2025 · diane christensenThe staff is so friendly and love on my pups every time we come in. The vets are so kind and patient. They treat my pets with so much care and consideration and make sure I understand possible issues or things to look out for.
Feb 28, 2025 · Liz HessCascade heights came highly recommended from my coworkers, and I was pretty happy with the experience. My best friend here on the other hand is feeling quite tired after his vaccines and exam but he's all healthy 🙂
May 27, 2025 · Rich HayesWe could not be more appreciative of the entire team at Cascade Heights. We've been taking our dog and cat here for years. Our dog had serious vet anxiety, but they handled her so well. Most of our experience has been with Dr. Kraabel and we could not recommend him enough. Michael is also a rockstar. Our dog sadly passed recently and the Cascade Heights team was unbelievably accommodating in our time of need. Make sure to take your pets here!
Mar 04, 2025 · Jack ConnessI can’t imagine most of the positive reviews are real. I’ve seen more and more fake reviews generally, and this vet office is quite bad. My cat has been a client here for multiple years as we were stuck on the waitlist for two other vets in the area. Every visit we’ve had to see a different vet because their turnover is so high. They also always try to convince us to get unnecessary products and treatments. Multiple times they have pressured me into getting vaccines updated months before they are due. One appointment we get a vet who was allergic to cats, wore gloves and a mask and barely examined my cat. Another appointment we came in for a nail trim and they convinced us to get a bunch of vaccines early, they refused to do the nail trim because my cat was stressed from all the shots. The last appointment I came in to get a health record of my cat to show she was healthy for flying and they tried to convince me to do vaccines early and get flea and tick treatments for my cat who is an indoor only cat who has never had any issues. I said ok and then they refused to give me a wellness certificate because the airline didn’t require it. I said I knew it wasn’t required but I’d like one to show for peace of mind because we’ve gotten different info from the airline depending on who we’ve spoken to. The vet tech just kept saying, “since it’s not required we normally wouldn’t send you home with a health record.” The vet never even showed up at that appointment. I think she was taking a break and didn’t want to be bothered to print a certificate or something. I felt bad for putting my cat through a stressful car ride for nothing. Anyways, TLDR: Positive reviews are probably mostly fake. Awful place. Expensive compared to other vets in the area. Your pet deserves better. You deserve better. Two stars because one vet we saw was great last year, but she only lasted a few months before quitting.
