★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This was our first trip with our new golden retriever puppy, and everything at Inman Park Animal Hospital was amazing! Dr. Morris and our vet tech, Laurie, were extremely sweet and professional at the same time! We had a lot of questions as new pet parents, and they made everything super comprehensive. It was also very easy to schedule an appointment, which we loved! We are excited to make Inman Park Animal Hospital our vet home:)
June 23 · Carson FrymarkI have been bringing my dog here for over a year and was very happy with them in the beginning. While the vets are all very nice, I have learned that they are just in it for money. Every chance they get to make you bring your dog in for a visit even for the simplest things that could be done over the phone give them the opportunity to charge you for a visit and recommend courses of action that require hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars. Everything feels like a battle with them lately even just renewing prescriptions. My dog has severe separation anxiety and requires medication. They limit the quantities I can order at a time which makes them more money but costs me a lot more. Instead of listening to the owner who knows their dog better than a vet who has seen him a few times a year, they push office visits and expensive treatments. You can never get a vet on the phone because they just have the desk people handle everything. I recommend going to a vet clinic that cares less about the money and more about the dogs and their owners
July 29 · Brittany CockrellGreat place, feels very cozy. Dr. Biddlecome is awesome with my very nervous kitty. The care for the patients is obvious from the front staff all the way to the veterinary providers.
June 16 · Jessie EverettI have spent some serious time here this year since my pup was diagnosed with diabetes. It’s been quite a process getting her blood sugar regulated and dealing with other issues that have popped up along the way, but Dr. Biddlecome has been so wonderful! She has called on weekends to check in, squeezed us in for a quick appointment during her lunch break, tapped other vets to answer our questions when she was out of the office, and her “bedside manner” is so comforting. All the doctors and techs and front desk staff are lovely, responsive, and caring. I’m very happy to have them as my neighborhood vet, but I’d drive as far as needed to keep the excellent care Lucy has been receiving. Highly recommended!
June 16 · April Houstonthey were so sweet to my pup! everyone was great at answering all of the excessive questions i asked, and giving me a ton of helpful info both during the appointment and via follow-up emails after. 10/10 great experience and will be taking my pet here again!
