🐾 ❤️❤️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ❤️❤️ 🐾We’ve been to this veterinary clinic before for our “spicy” senior cat, who isn’t easy to handle due to his size and feisty nature. When he got sick our first visit was tough!! —another vet insisted on full sedation for an exam, which cost us nearly $1,000. 😩When his symptoms returned, I hesitated to go back due to the high cost and stress of sedation on our older kitty.Enter Addy, the amazing vet tech who truly saved the day! 💖🐾I shared my concerns with the receptionist, Addy called me fairly quickly, patiently answering all of my (many) questions, hearing my concerns and working with the doctor to explore options for the possibility of examining our cat without full sedation. She was SO kind, calling multiple times over 24 hours to coordinate a plan.We saw Dr. Keyser, who, along with Addy and another staff member, involved us in the process. With a little at-home medication, they skillfully managed to get our cat out of his carrier, hold him securely, and collect urine and blood samples quickly—no sedation needed! Hallelujah!Addy’s efficiency and care along with Dr. Keysers willingness to try to deal with our large feisty boy made all the difference.Dr Keyser truly made things as minimally invasive to both the cat and my pocketbook as possible.Later, when we needed to administer subcutaneous fluids at home, Addy took the time to walk me through the process hands-on. She eased my fears about handling the needle and ensured I felt confident giving our kitty the fluids properly. I was scared to death that I would stab myself with the needle or hurt the cat… I was seeing disaster in my imagination!Addy gave me the best instructions and confidence to do this at home. She even encouraged me to call with any questions, and I could tell she meant it.Dr. Keyser followed up the next day to check on our cat and discuss lab results and next steps continuing to be as budget conscious as possible while keeping the patients health as the priority. Both Dr. Keyser and Addy went above and beyond. The entire staff is incredibly kind, but Dr. Keyser and Addy truly stand out for their dedication and care. They are truly a blessing. This isn’t your typical corporate owned vet clinic pushing flea meds and multiple visits. They care deeply about the animals and the community they serve. We’re so grateful for their time, effort, and heartfelt care! - Renee Lacoste

  • Subcutaneous Fluid Administration Training: The staff, notably Vet Tech Addy, provides hands-on, patient, and clear instructions for home care procedures like administering subcutaneous fluids, empowering pet owners to manage their pet's health effectively at home.
  • Collaboration for Chronic Health Problems: The veterinarians, like Dr. Rebecca, actively collaborate with pet owners to develop solutions for chronic and recurrent health problems, taking a holistic view of the pet's well-being.
