Lien Animal Clinic, A Thrive Pet Healthcare Partner

I am sad to say I am disappointed in the service at Lien. I established care with them because I needed a veterinary who worked with rabbits. The initial appointment went well. I set up an appointment in February 2025 for a vaccine. When I arrived day of appointment I was told the doctor had left for the day. I was not notified prior to this. Recently my rabbit had to go to the emergency vet and afterwards I was told it was a good idea to be seen by my regular vet. When I called Lien I was told the small animal vet hadn’t been working there in months. Communication is important. I switching to a different clinic. - Lilly
