Beverly Virgil Animal Hospital Reviews
We love this vet! Been coming for over a year for routine vaccines and when our big dog got sick with a mysterious stomach bug. Super clean, great professional staff, and our dog loves both vets - and he isn’t instantly chummy with most strangers so this is saying something. Despite not taking appointments, they move quickly and the wait isn’t that long. (But even a 25 min wait feels pleasant in the calm and clean space.)
Jun 02, 2025 · Krista WalshSpoke with Yeatra. She was rude on the phone. I asked if all the receptionists are licensed pharmacy techs and she said she doesn’t have to answer that question. So I think the owner is cutting corners and hiring unlicensed people to be pharmacy techs here. Also- I mentioned I’m going to report you guys to the board of pharmacy. She said she doesn’t care. She said she’s going to hang up. Hire better people.
Jul 01, 2025 · GraceI’ve been a client at Beverly Virgil Animal Hospital since 2006, and I have to say that Dr. Kim has cared for my pets that have exceeded my expectations. To be honest, his suggestions on treatment were very transparent and upfront. In the end, I wound up saving a lot of money and time, and did not waste spending it on unnecessary tests and treatments.
Jan 21, 2025 · Yeti S.My dog was a patient here months ago. Wanted to think about if I wanted to write a review and after a lot of thought, I think it’s absolutely necessary. Receptionist was very rude. Also she was a pharmacy tech and didn’t even write the expiration date for my dog’s medication. One of the other receptionists said that she would pocket my money when they said I didn’t have to pay for my visit because I insisted on paying. The owner is also a self entitled arrogant rude person. I remember asking if nail trimmings is an upcharge and he scoffed. Some vets don’t charge for that. Everyone here was rude excluding the person who trimmed my dog’s nails. It’s also weird how they don’t allow me to be within seeing distance of my dog with his treatment. Something screams very sketchy about this place.
Apr 26, 2025 · First LastThe Animal Hospital has its own parking lot, the inside was very clean and every member of the professional staff helped us get my pet's emergency issue resolved quickly. I have only good things to say, except I wish they had more hours being open.
