Bond Vet - Clinton Hill Reviews
I'm a cat lady and am OFTEN at Bond Vet, in particular the Clinton Hill location, with rescues and my own cats. I've been a steady client there for at least a year and the list of cats they've taken care of for me is long. The care there—for all animals but particularly for cats—is extraordinary! The entire staff is highly experienced and skilled. I'm endlessly grateful to everyone for their generosity and kindness and for the incredibly high quality care my cats receive. It's truly a special place, lead by Natalie Heil, DVM.Also, I just want to say about Bond in general that I LOVE the format of being able to book an appointment online and download medical records. WOW. So well thought out and executed and EASY. Hats off to the founders. I find Bond's culture to be positive, team-oriented and very human. Not easy to pull off when you have so many locations. Love Bond!!
Jun 26, 2025 · Bronwen SommerI love Bond Vet in Clinton Hill. All of the vets are fantastic, I especially love Dr Heil. Heidi at the front desk is very patient, friendly, and helpful. Jordyn took great care of my cat and also was very patient in explaining what the issue was (my polydactly's nails got tangled up) and also helped me understand the new feeding instructions. We were a walk-in and they fit me in during the lunch break, resolving my cat's problem AND doing the annual physical and vaccines, plus a nail trim, which I was going to do on a separate day. They always explain the costs of everything and the options up front as well.
May 04, 2025 · Miriam Margarita BasilioThe team at the Clinton Hill location are awesome. One of my animals were in critical condition and @ the time my funds were low.My regular Vet that takes care of all 4 of them wasn't willing to take a payment plan. If it wasn't for Dr.Watiker and her team Stormy wouldn't be here. Thank you for going above and beyond for Stormy. I deeply appreciate all of you.
Jun 26, 2025 · Michele DavidsonBond St has gone above and beyond to care for and check in on my pet. For years we went to another Vet in Clinton Hill until we simply couldn’t stand the terrible service. Bond St has been the opposite. Great care and incredible, super convenient communication, from booking to ordering scrip refills. Highly recommend.
May 31, 2025 · Amy EzrinI am leaving this review to help any pet parent with the decision of where to take their pets for care. I can't recommend this location enough. Truly thoughtful and kind people who are pet-centric and caring. This was very important for me as I switched to Bond Vet in the final months of my dogs battle with heart failure. We all know pet care can be a strain but they were willing and flexible and very supportive with my boy's end of life planning. My little guy is in heaven now but I'm happy to have visited them and you will be too.
