GoodVets Downtown Brooklyn Reviews
Just brought in my cat for her annual and had a great experience with the vet and vet tech. My cat loved them, so that’s a good sign! They were very upfront about the recommended procedures and their prices, but also didn’t pressure us at all to do them. GoodVets indeed!

Apr 11, 2025 · Maria IbanezAs new puppy parents we’ve loved every experience with GoodVets in Downtown Brooklyn! The staff is so friendly and happily answers all our questions or concerns. They’ve helped us make the best decisions for our puppy and we couldn’t be happier!
Apr 14, 2025 · Namisha RakhejaMy dog Luke is usually Mr. No Thanks when it comes to vet visits. Always nervous, shaky, and absolutely refusing treats from anyone he doesn’t know. The technician and vet was kind and patient, taking her time to earn Luke’s trust. By the end of the visit, he ate the treat she gave him. I was honestly shocked, in the best way. Highly recommend.
Jun 28, 2025 · JennyThis location has very friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk to the assistants and technicians as well as Dr Betancourt. My cat received a dental cleaning under anesthesia and communication was great regarding when her procedure was, how it went, and when to come get her. The only reason I took a star off was because when I returned home, my cat still had the thermometer cover stuck in her rectum. I know it would not have been life threatening. If she were a small dog and ate that or if it bundled up in her rectum and caused discomfort with her bowel movements, that would have sucked. I understand mistakes happen (and luckily this wasn’t a big one) and their practice of medicine and care seems to be good overall.
