Bond Vet - Cobble Hill Reviews
Bond got us in for a walk in appointment right away when my dog had an anal gland abscess while traveling. The entire team was calm and kind. Dr. Kaufman was thorough, communicative, and provided such good care to my Scottish terrier. Even after a full butt exam and anal gland expression, my dog came out wagging her tail after the team took care of her. They also had everything for me to take home for my dog’s healing. I loved that Dr. Kaufman herself called the next day. Thank Bond Vet Cobble Hill for taking such good care of Wink while we were visiting NYC!
Apr 10, 2025 · sarah abelI brought my dog in with gastrointestinal issues. The vet was professional and thorough. Unfortunately, the results from the test she wanted performed were not communicated to me by phone as I had been assured they would be. I called the Cobble Hill office and was routed to a Bond Vet call center employee. I learned that neither my phone number nor e-mail had been recorded when I checked in. An automatic no reply email was sent with test results, but it was not sent to me.The check in process may need to be reviewed to ensure important medical information is not lost. Bond Vet is highly automated and even following up by phone involved a long wait, multiple offers to converse with a chat bot, etc.
Jun 17, 2025 · Geeta PasiThe team is so efficient and thorough. Always kind with my dog. They have treated her for everything from routine vaccines to surgeries. It is rare to find such quick quality care. Huge bonus that it’s easy and fast to get an appointment.
Feb 14, 2025 · Paola Piers-TorresThis place was a godsend. My cat had an extremely infected tooth and had an emergency extraction done by another vet, but after five days didn’t seem to be responding to pain meds and had stopped eating altogether. The other vet was not someone we wanted to go back to but we needed him to be seen again.Bond Vet is beautiful, clean, bright, and a comforting space. Getting a same day appointment online was easy, and there was no wait when we arrived. Dr. Palmaro was exceptional: clearly explaining everything, asking us for our information and experiences so far, making quick decisions that involved our input (cost was a big concern for us) and carefully going through everything he was doing for us to understand, what he was seeing during examination, and the costs for what he recommended be done next. It was such a relief after a stressful week and a stressful other doctor to be taken care of in such a professional, warm, and efficient manner. I am so pleased with the service, the atmosphere, the education, help, and genuine care for all the pets there while we were. Techs and receptionist were also fantastic. Cobble Hill was well-staffed and the staff was all kind and patient while explaining our slightly complicated regimen and next steps in various scenarios.HIGHLY highly recommend. So grateful and relieved and feeling more positive that a successful and more comfortable recovery will happen for my cat.
Dec 05, 2021 · Ella RSince our first visit Nellie has been treated like family. The staff always remembers her and they even mentions a sweet antedote from the last visit. The office is welcoming for pets and their owners. During my pups first visit she was so relaxed that she napped on the table during her appointment. Nellie enjoys going with the staff and sometimes even staying after her appointment.
